Was given a shipping arrival date of feb 4th, for things i ordered as valentines day gifts. Didnt arrive until feb 15th 11 days late. Contacted customer service and was told too bad. Not what i expected from a premium brand to not back premiun service.

Smooth experience

The website is great, I really love the products I got, the shipping time was very long and customer service never responded to my message. And this is probably the fourth time I have got an email asking me to review my experience. I’ve started completing the reviews so that hopefully these emails stop coming, but they don’t.
