I never thought that a Saucier pan could change my lifestyle and cooking! I am using it every day and sometimes twice per day!! I am so glad I didn’t purchase the smaller size as this is the best size and so versatile :)

I have only shopped in-person for my Le Creuset items but ordered this online because I wanted my fish baker without having to go to the mall! It was on sale- bonus. Easy to shop online, very user-friendly website, delivered very quickly and perfectly packaged!! I was a little afraid of potential damage because of the delicate material (not cast iron) but it arrived in perfect condition!! It could not have been any be easier and I could not be happier!

When I saw black flecks in my tea, I realized that a the interior coating of the kettle is coming off. I purchased the kettle in May, this should not be happening. I would like acrefund or replacrment kettle.

I visited the Sherway Gardens store before eventually placing my first serving ware order online. Unfortunately, the in-store experience was quite frustrating. The staff, including the manager, provided confusing and inconsistent information about the promotion. After spending at least 40 minutes trying to work through the pricing, the numbers still did not add up correctly, so I left without making the purchase. I later placed the order online, but the promotional gift selection and checkout process were not very clear there either. Overall, I think Le Creuset makes excellent products, and I’m very happy with the quality of what I purchased. However, the communication around promotions — both in store and online — could be significantly improved. A premium brand should provide a much more consistent and straightforward customer experience.
