A bit too large for washroom but excellent for kitchen

Products are very good but I was supposed to get a free Revolution® Locking Tongs with Silicone Ends in my package but i didn't get it.

I cooked chicken in my new braiser and was so impressed with the non stick surface and how well my food was evenly cooked.

The product showed up a day early, however, it was not delivered to my address so I had to go to a Post office to receive it which meant I had to wait a day and take a trip. :-)

Pick-up in store staff not very helpful. I selected pickup in store, but when I called the store to see if they have any in stock to pickup that day they said yes, but I will have to wait until my specific order is shipped because the online and in-store systems are separate. Unnecessary wait of 2 weeks.

Pan doesn't perform as advertised. Eggs stick.
