Ordering online was a breeze. A little confused at the store when picking up. I ordered 4 mugs and they came in two large boxes. They only gave me one box and said that was it. After checking in the back two times they came out with the other box of two mugs.

After waiting 5 weeks, the ordered item has still not arrived.

Came on time and it’s exactly what I expected

The handle and especially the lid were a little tight initially but have loosened up nicely after one month of use. The Le Creuset kettle always wins over our electric one. This is my second kettle in 45 years. The first one now sits proudly as a flower pot outdoors.
