Great service!

This is my 2nd time ordering online and both time I was amazed by the delivery time. Ordered on the Sunday at my door on the Tuesday...and I should add that I live nowhere near a store nor a distributor. Always great when a last minute gift is needed!

These grinders work so well and we are proud of them whe friends come to dine!

Excellent service and prompt reply. The frying pan I bought was the best pan I ever bought. I recommend this product to everyone who needs a good pan. The sales clerk at the store was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Love the butter bell crock!

The pan is lovely. Some slight imperfections in the enamel coating upon fine inspections, but also never reached out to their service team and can't fault them for this.

The salt and pepper grinders are beautiful and work very well. Shipping was fast right to our door.

There was an issue with the order ( the order wasn’t shipped completely , only one set was sent instead of 2 sets ordered) But customer service responded to email and fixed the issue

Fast shipping, excellent customer service.

fast shipping, good service over all

Mugs are NOT full size. Wish I would have known that, but the kids like them.

I ordered the wrong product by accident and was having problems with the return labels. I contacted Tanya in customer service and she was extremely helpful and helped me through the entire process. Thank you, Tanya, I appreciate you.

Perfection in every way!

Really lovely service, they were nice enough to give us 50% off on our next dutch oven to replace our busted one. It shipped out pretty quickly and was well packaged.
