I purchased this pan and related accessories to replace our everyday pan. I wanted to love this pan but have been extremely disappointed. It is difficult to handle with its weight, everything sticks to it and you cannot get it clean even using the special soap and brush from Le Creuset. Customer service was no help either. I will be looking for alternates with other brands and will move my business away from this company.

Hello, as I love your products and order them, I was also looking forward to receiving the quarterly cook books. This was a really nice touch to add with the order that I also looked forward to. Quite disappointed that none have been coming in and I have not been receiving new cooking ideas. Printing the recipes online is not the same as a properly formatted cook book. I would love to see this feature come back. Thanks.
