I ordered full sets of dinnerware (very heavy) and I was just left with a notice of delivery without any real attemp to deliver the packages (even though I was at home all day) and I needed to go to pick it up elsewhere and it was very incovenient as I do not own a car. . . and when I explained the situation to le creuset, they just apologized and did absolutely nothing. . . they definetely should have raised the issue with canada post. . . I tried to create several tickets for this issue with canada post. . . but nothing got solved and I was told that I am not the one ordering their services in this case and this should be done from le creuset side. . . it took much of my energy. . . I would advise to change who they ship with as it makes the experience not so good, even though I love their products

One of the bowl has some problem, but the service team resolved it immediately.

I ordered 2 sets of dinnerware and the first batch was set with no issues the second batch I received broken cups and a broken dish. I returned the sets and Canada post never delivered the return packages I notified le Creuset and they quickly refunded me for the broken items

We love our LeC pans and wanted a matching whistling kettle. However the kettle base was enameled and thin and not flat enough to work. Very disappointing to send it back. Please advise if you ever make a kettle with a flat metal base.
