Within 24 hours of my contacting Le Creuset customer service Selena arranged for a replacement to be delivered. It arrived just in time for Christmas and I have used it twice - Love it! Bakes and cleans brilliantly. Thanks once again to Selena for the exceptional turnaround !

Le Creuset is a wonderful brand. I love gifting things to my family and friends from them. However I wish they would include a gift receipt! They currently don't offer this and I feel like they need to get with it already, it is 2026!
