I followed Le Creuset instructions but had to replace Dutch oven that got small pits after cooking donuts. I had used pot for soups, pot roast, spaghetti sauce etc. with no problem. I was very disappointed with the limited warranty on a new pot. I did purchase a replacement at 50% off.

Delivery was seamless, the pan is beautiful and I use it all the time.

As we ordered online we opted for the free delivery. We waited longer that was anticipated because it was coming from Quebec (we are in BC) and Canada post took longer than they thought it would take but we eventually received it.

Birk’s Canada has the worst customer service in Canada, just a nightmare to deal with; their customer service team is there to “ not be of service or provide an acceptable resolution. In contrast, Le Creuset has absolutely the best customer service support in Canada ! The Le Creuset customer support “ dream team” is there to support their products, and to quickly offer the customer, a resolution. Thank you, for being so wonderful ! I happily have placed a new order with Le Creuset, in contrast, the Birk’s Canada jewelry chain will never see our family’s spending power again.

Slow to ship but arrived faster than usual. Small chip in the lid and wasn't able to be replaced in the same colour which was disappointing. Other than that it's stunning and perfect for batch cooking or large meals. It's definitely a favourite.

Creuset honoring their warranty and replacing an 8 year old item. It was very easy to reorder. Very pleased with the outcome.
