Have always had great customer service. I have returned a 40 year old Dutch Oven that was given to me as a wedding gift and was finally on its last worn out legs. Return and replacement couldn't have gone smoother. A solid company that stands behind their products if needed. Would never hesitate to purchase from them.

Shipping with Canada Post always ensure that the package is delivered at the right place which is not always the case with other carrier (rural house fairly difficult to find). I'm always happy with all my Le Creuset products.

Shipping was a little slow (2 weeks) but other reviewers had mentioned it so I was prepared.

Amazing

This pan is wonderful but it's not what I'd wanted I tried it and it's too large for what I need it for. There are no smaller pans by Creuset A 4", 5", or even 6" would be very useful to me

Great product, a bit pricey

The dutch oven arrived with chips and nicks. When I asked for support, I was informed this is normal and part of the process. Disappointed more with the lack of customer service than the product itself.

The only criticism is we paid for door/ door shipping. I had to physically go to the local post office to pick up the shipment!

My items arrived packed well and fairly promptly, once they shipped. Just an FYI the packing time is a bit longer than why you’re used to with other places. They had what I was looking for. I will order from them directly again.

Everything arrived in perfect condition and on time. My only "complaint" is that their box had their brand name on every side in large letters, and it was left on our front porch. We worried half the day while at work that it would get stolen off our front porch. But the purchase, delivery, and using the products has been wonderful.
