Great service

Excellent

A wonderful company, with excellent customer service. The products are well made and classic.

Love the quality and the colours are superb

Fast efficient delivery allowing for almost instant gratification

I have a feeling the quality of the finish and the glazing is different since you have moved out of France.

The build quality seems great, the ceramic coating is really nice and seems to be holding up well. One downside with this traditional style tea pot is the spout gets so hot it evaporates the water when you pour it which makes it splash out everywhere. One really annoying thing that is unacceptable is the stickers they put all over it with cheap adhesive that you have to use chemicals to remove. Reminds me of Dollar store items.

Great

Well packaged so that item was protected in shipping. Easy to order and shipping did not take long at all.

First use- coupe classic pasta bowls- cracked when put soup In the bowl. Unfortunately le creuset would not replace the item but gave 50% off a New set of 4 bowls.

Great quality

Great communication!

I never thought that a Saucier pan could change my lifestyle and cooking! I am using it every day and sometimes twice per day!! I am so glad I didn’t purchase the smaller size as this is the best size and so versatile :)

Easy to order through the website.

I have only shopped in-person for my Le Creuset items but ordered this online because I wanted my fish baker without having to go to the mall! It was on sale- bonus. Easy to shop online, very user-friendly website, delivered very quickly and perfectly packaged!! I was a little afraid of potential damage because of the delicate material (not cast iron) but it arrived in perfect condition!! It could not have been any be easier and I could not be happier!

Love the colour & size.

Package on my order one plate had a chip

Easy to use website. Arrived quickly. The recipients were thrilled!

Great quality and colour. Keeps my tea warmer for a longer period of time.

Prompt shipping, carefully packaged to prevent damage. A very positive experience with product, price and shipping.
