It’s the best Dutch oven I’ve ever had. It cooks faster at low heat and the food taste so good. Don’t hesitate to purchase one.

I couldn’t believe that LC had tossed ECI in with ramekins with minimal padding. Of course, the box arrived rattling with loose ramekins, one smashed. The pieces are beautiful- it always seems like such a waste that there is such a high rate of breakage. Brown paper if your afraid of bubble wrap!!

I'm sure the customer service was slammed because it was the holidays, but I had some questions that never got answered. Some items that I wanted to buy I ended up skipping as a result. Oh well, I got some nice stuff that came well packaged.
