after many good years of perfect ordering and shipping, my last order was surprisingly the absolute worst experience. I simply placed and order for black and color special with a 17% discount. simple (not so for the person that took my order (hard to understand). After placing this order i received an email confirmation. . . this confirmation showed just 2 black cartridges (not what I ordered) . I immediately called (or emailed) and reported this error . I was trying to get this order cancelled and not shipped. but reorder the special black and color cartridges at the discounted 17% . When I called to find out if I was going to get my order, the person said we have already shipped the 2 wrong cartridges and you won't need to return them and we will ship out the black and color ink cartridges. then i receive another email indicating that the black and color cartridges are being cancelled and wont be shipped. . . because there was no color cartridge ordered. When I called the person on the phone repeated the same thing. so NO INK and a refund was sent - this simple ordeal took so long with no results and it cost me a customer's job that I lost, the customer could not wait any longer. thank you LD. Should I move on to 1-ink? Ive always raved about LD products and service - Goodbye

LD sent replacement cartridges right away . I had had some cartridges that did not hold up to their guarantee but they're very quick about replacing them. The customer support lady also told me to contact them if there was any problem with the printer because the manufacturer of the printer wants you only to use their cartridges

Website great! Shipment stuck somewhere, Memphis??, for 4 days, and then transit tracking disappeared for a while. Black cartridge from last year's order ran empty while printer showed still about 15%; that's the first time that has ever happened on my 13 year old Epson 410xp printer. No harm.
