Product would not work in my printer, apparently printer company applied updates to printer causing the issue, however LD sent replacement cartridges at no cost to me that worked wonderfully . Excellent customer service!

I don't normally have a problem with this company and I should have called them to be fair. The yellow and black ink cartridge just dried up very quickly and my son had to purchase elsewhere. Great company and I will order again.

Two of three three color ink cartridges from an earlier order failed shortly after being installed and all it took was a quick phone call to LD Customer Service to have them replaced. Fast and easy, They DO stand behind their products!

I sent back an order from you cause they were the wrong ones. When I didn't here from you I called & they said that I sent them to the wrong Address & they would look into it. It was almost $40. 00 and I never heard from you again. I am on a fixed income & can't afford to lose that kind of money from companies that don't respect the elders. Replacement ink cartridges never caused a problem, BUT: TOO MANY "SALE" EMAILS --- it gives the impression of "going out of business" desperation.
