As an old time customer I always get excellent service and great toner

The service is great! We are always happy with the customer service we receive. The toner that we have been trying to use is a disappointment. We have had a lot of problems with the print quality. I feel like we will have to go back to using HP toner.

I have been ordering my ink cartridges from LD for years and have always been very satisfied with their service. Orders are always accurate and the delivery is fast.

I ORDERED A BLACK TONER CARTRIDGE FOR MY LEXMARK 3224 LASER PRINTER. ON TWO OCCASIONS I WAS SENT THE WRONG CARTRIDGE (MAGENTA INSTEAD OF BLACK) THE ISSUE I HAD WAS NO ONE NOTIFIED ME AFTER REPORTING THIS THAT A REPLACEMENT WAS SENT AND THAT A RETURN LABEL WAS SENT ALSO. i HAD TO CALL BOTH TIMES TO START THE PROCESS.

I originally had a problem putting the toner into my printer and called the service number. the representative asked to take pictures and send them for them to review. while setting up my camera and checking the toner cartrige I noticed a very small piece of plastic from the tab that your supposed to remove was stuck to the cartridge. this is the item that would not allow to seat the cartridge correctly. In my 40 years of working with all kinds of laser printers, this was my first time this happened. after removing the piece -evertyhing is working fine. Let me add that I have been a customer of LD for quite a few year's and think their quality of toners is excelent for my four printers.

Good Service & Delivery.

They arrived shortly after I ordered them. My printer recognized them, the cartridges produced a better result than the cheapos I was using, and except for the slightly battered packaging, I am more than satisfied. I will continue to use LD cartridges in the future.

Do Not Buy. I bought 6 cartridges for my Epson XP 8800 and none of them worked in my printer. Called customer service and she claims its rare they dont work they will ship me free replacement cartridges and I do not have to send the ones that dont work back. I asked for a refund instead of getting shipped another set of cartridges that will not work. She then says the refund will process 15 days after they receive the cartridges back. I asked why replacement she didnt need them back but refunds they do. Its so theybcan return them to manufacturer to troubleshoot. Wouldn't you want the replacement ones back too then? Shady company. I have no faith in these new upgraded chip ones they plan on sending me. Dont waste time and money, just buy the original ink for ykur printer that is actually guaranteed to work. Dont fall for the fake reviews that say the ink cartridges work, because they wont and dont.

Excellent follow-up on the first order and replacement when USPS misplaced it.
