I had pr3viously ordered a set of four ink cartridges for my Brothers Printer, but could never get good test prints. I finally called LD Product Support who felt they may be bad cartridges and agreed to send another set. I quickly received the new set, but again I could never get test prints with any ink print pattern. My printer is old and has been discontinued so I believe the problem is with the printer. However, I do appreciate LD Product Support personnels effort to resolve the print problem.

I had a problem with my ink cartridges, not loading in my HP printer. Called was given instructions on how to load them and sent nine new cartridges to me. The only fault that I have in the whole process was the five cartridges I had not opened yet was to be sent back and they were going to send me a label to send them back. I have not received the label other than that was a very good experience. Have used LD for quite a few years and will continue.

The responce time from order to shipping was very good. I like the layput of the website. These items came to Trinidad and Tobago.

Doing this review was more difficult than installing ink. The ink worked fine in HP Photosmart CN310A printer.

I experienced a bad toner cartridge and contacted customer support and had no issues with getting a replacement with free shipping. Great place to purchase toner cartridges.

The ink I ordered for my Brother printer is awful. It is so light it is illegible. I really can't even tell if it is printing at all. I had to order ink from Brother. Do not recommend.

I ordered the wrong cartridges for my HP printer although I checked the website carefully to ensure that they would be compatible. LD would not accept a return for refund or exhange. Other suppliers have done so inthe past. I will not be doing any more business with LD.
