My Epsom printer did a firmware update and the cartridges stopped being recognized. I contacted LD and they sent replacement cartridges immediately with no questions asked. You can't ask for any better service than that! I highly recommend LD for all your printing needs.

I've been ordering printer ink from this company for several years and have never had a problem. One time I had one that was leaking and they just sent me another one. The ink has always been good and the color is vivid so I definitely recommend the products from this company.

I have use LD Ink for over a decade - Safe, Reliable - Cost Effective. My only hassle has been that all my HP printers get upset I do not use their EXPENSIVE ink so they play games like stopping to tell you your estimated remaining ink levels, but you have other workarounds to this issues you can use

Your ink made my printer unusable. We spent hours trying to figure out why it would print. Finally we were told that only Epson ink would work even though I had used LD ink forever. I bite the bullet and paid the high price for a set of Epson ink and it worked. I want to return the ink I bought from you. Four were put in the machine but never used since it wouldn't print. The other boxes have not been opened. Let me know how to make that return.

LD did exactly what they said they would do and stood behind the product.

I would not recommend LD Products to anyone running a business that depends on receiving supplies on time. I ordered six ink cartridges for my Epson 4880 and waited a week and a half for my order to arrive, only to discover that the shipment contained just one cartridge instead of all six. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the other five cartridges had been shipped from a different warehouse and had only recently been handed over to UPS. I was then informed that I would need to wait an additional two to five business days to receive the rest of my order. What was most frustrating was that no solution or accommodation was offered for the delay and inconvenience. There was no attempt to expedite the shipment or make things right—just an expectation that I continue waiting. If your business relies on receiving materials quickly and accurately, I would think twice before ordering from LD Products. Based on my experience, customer service and reliability do not seem to be a priority.
