Two of three three color ink cartridges from an earlier order failed shortly after being installed and all it took was a quick phone call to LD Customer Service to have them replaced. Fast and easy, They DO stand behind their products!

It’s always a pleasure placing an order. I am a teacher who orders 5 cartridges at once for the school year. I place the order, receive notifications, and receive my order, always on time and well packed. Have been a client for many years and plan a continuing relationship.

I sent back an order from you cause they were the wrong ones. When I didn't here from you I called & they said that I sent them to the wrong Address & they would look into it. It was almost $40. 00 and I never heard from you again. I am on a fixed income & can't afford to lose that kind of money from companies that don't respect the elders. I will be purchasing from some one that does. Thank you.

Replacement ink cartridges never caused a problem, BUT: TOO MANY "SALE" EMAILS --- it gives the impression of "going out of business" desperation.

You all did better when I paid with credit card instead of check. Credit Card and Checks ought to be the same in getting orders out to customers.
