I have used LD for several years now and appreciate their prompt delivery and easy ordering process. There remanufactured print cartridges are great. I think I've only had 1 failure in the 5 plus years I've used them. They provided a replacement.

I am still using the HP expensive one I had to purchase from Amazon when the LD one wouldn't work so don't know yet. But in the past I've had one other LD go bad on me. So will see. . . . . . . .

My order of ink cartridges was delivered on time as expected on arrival date. The quality is good as well as the brand.

Always delivers! These are great cartridges! Been using them for years.

Deceived replacement, run printer test, printer responded and the printing was perfect. My thanks to LD customer service. My recommendation: change shipper from USPS to with UPS or FedX. We did have several orders shipped the same day as the replacement cartridge shiped ground and received 3-days sooner.

Epsom ink cartridges

I called to report that only 1 of the 3 HP LaserJet 6P cartridges that I ordered made good copies; the other 2 made really awful copies. Jinky understood the issue and offered to send 2 replacement cartridges to me, and immediately sent an email confirming this. This is the first time I have ordered cartridges from LD Products, and I am very satisfied!

We use this one not as often but when we need to replace the drum I always have one available. They work great also. Glad I can still order these to keep our printers working!

Issue with cartridges not working with new Epson printer. Customer service worked through the issue over 6 months to resolve with updated cartridges. Customer for life!!
