Great response to a complaint call.

I've been ordering from LD Products for several years now. Only once have I had my printer not recognize a cartridge and LD sent a replacement quickly after a call to customer service. I have confidence that the ink I order from LD will fit and work with my printer.

Always get my ink from you. Never had any problems

I bought their brand of 89X toner, which advertised a 10,000 page yield. I got less than 5600 pages. I called their customer support and was told that the 10,000 pages is with 5% coverage which is two lines of text. Who prints only two lines of text? I don't print any photos, only text, and I got less than 60% of the page yield. When I pointed out that their guarantee says "Happiness Matters" and I wasn't happy, the call center person just repeated her line about ISO standards. When I asked if my happiness not mattering was worth me not buying any more of their products, writing this review, and telling my friends and associates about the quality of their product and customer service, I was told "That's your decision to make. "

The ink is always great, on time, and very well priced.

When the package arrived it was partially unsealed with a couple of pieces of tape holding the open flaps together. This despite the toner being able to fit fully in the box; someone was lazy with the cushioning. Then they didn't send me what I ordered. I ordered toner for a Canon, the product said it was for a HP. When I called they said it was a new universal cartridge that would fit my printer, as if I should have already known this. No thought given to communicating this information proactively. Not using this company again.

By using these cartridges, I have ruined my copier - wasted hours trying to fix it. I have ordered genuine Epson cartridges and see if that makes a different. I want my money back.
