ordered 67xl and advised company these are not working for the associated printer, other ocmpanies have identified the need for a new chip but LD refuses to acknowledge the problem and resends additonal not compatable ink without fixing the problem. try to unsubscribe but continue to get push notices so will have to deem these spam

Black cartridge leaking ink while still encased in plastic. Cyan cartridge is not recognized. called customer service, they are sending replacement cartridges for the damaged and unrecognized cartridges.

I recently purchased toner cartridges for my HP LaserJet. After about three weeks after installation the magenta cartridge left very small streaks on the side of the paper. I notified LD, not an issue with a replacement. LD was so attentive without question. I received my replacement in less than a week! THAT'S the way customer service is SUPPOSED to work! Great company that I will always use AND recommend! Thank you, LD Products!

I purchased 4 ink cartridges. When I received them every one of them had leaked ink into the plastic that the cartridges were in. I called and didn 't have any problems getting replacements for all 4 cartridges. Everything was fine when I received the 2nd set of 4.

Although we purchased ink cartridges that are compatible with our HP printer, they did not work. Despite telling LDP more than once that we were not enrolled in an HP ink subscription they insisted that we were and would not issue a refund.

I called to return an item I had ordered incorrectly and the process was so easy and simple. No issues. . Thankfully I made sure to do a visual check of the cartridge before taking the plastic off. This allowed me to return it with no issues.

This company has a poor return policy for OEM toner cartridges. I typed in the cartridge number and the search feature mislead me to order products for a different printer. Once I received the toner and attempted to install it, I noticed it was the wrong one. Now they won't take it back because it was opened.
