Remanufactured cartridges did not work. Sent another set of cartridges which also didn't work. Asked me to contact HP directly. Printer firmware updates are required; can't disable. HP said only original cartridges would work. LD said last cartridge shipmt was poss defective & assured me that the updated cartridges should work. LD is sending another set of replacements. One week and counting. . . . still no working printer.

Regardless what the brand of printer(s) I used I always purchased needed ink cartridges from LD products because their price ARE GOOD and especially their agents are extremely courteous and reasonable. However, I đi not have ' luck' with the recently purchase òf INK CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT for the recently Epson WF 3820 printer. Though LD company sent me replacements cartridges for 822XL (compatible- remanufacturing) twice my printer still "REJECTED THEM with the code saying--chip errors). The LD agents were politely and processed the full refunds ás they promised me before the replacement. In the meantime I have no other choice but resolve the problem directly with Epson Company because the printer I bought has a full year MFG guaranty.

I appreciate the quality of your products and your replacement policy if a product should fail.

LD replacement for HP ink cartridge will not work. Customer service pleasant and helpful but we tried twice and neither one will print, says it is an "error". Sad, we would be happy for either the HP product or replacement. HP not available, replacement won't work.

I am very happy with the product

Very inconsistent quality. Some products are fine and work without issues, others are a disaster. Just ordered a HP 148X toner cartridge, which is normally about $250 for the OEM. The print quality is simply unacceptable. Not to mention that the printer (which is new) is now making an odd sound when printing. Had to order a replacement from somewhere else.

The problem was solved explicitly.
