IT TAKES A WHILE TO GET SHIPMENT ONCE ORDERED

GREAT QUALITY AND COMFORT

IT TAKES A WHILE TO GET AFTER ORDERING. THE PACKAGING WAS EXCELLENT & CRAFTMANSHIP AND QUALITY IS PERFECT. THE SLEEPING COMFORT CAN ONLY BE ACHIEVED WITH LATEX AND THIS ONE IS AWESOME. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THE MATTRESS WAS NOT LABELED "MEDIUM" ON ONE SIDE AND "FIRM" ON THE OTHER, HOWEVER IT CAN BE DETERMINED WITH A LITTLE WORK.

I am thrilled with this mattress.

This mattress if very comfortable, well designed and we're glad to know it is made of good material. Our only hope was that it would be a little firmer. We ordered firm and I would say it is a medium firm.

Very helpful people I talked toat the company and the delivery was excellent!

We LOVE our mattresses!!! I use the medium side and my husband the firm side. I was a little worried about ordering online from a company I'd never heard of. I'm so glad I took the risk and trusted the great reviews!!

People I spoke with were veryhelpful.

Very comfortable.

made my firm mattress so comfortable yet still supportive…great purchase

i appreciate the customer service when the mattress i bought turned out to be faulty. it took some time to understand how to prove but once i submitted the proper proof, i was sent a replacement mattress. thx mucho!

labeled as firm but hoped it would be firmer. no aches or pains so far. much much better than the two sided latex with a firm and medium side which was returned since it sagged within a year. hope this one doesn't

Shipping slow. Website great.

Delivered on time. Extremely comfortable. . . excellent choice for anyone who prefers sleeping on latex foam rubber. Customer Care was very knowledgeable in helping me select the mattress which was exactly right for me.

Eassily shipped in box

Great customer service

Good purchase

I’ve purchased the full-size mattress and the 2” topper and the pillow all for maximum comfort! I love them all! But. . I should’ve bought the topper cover to protect from damage from Bruno’s nails (my chihuahua)!😆
