Brought without cover since we already had a mattress protector. Not sure if the smell would have lessen if we brought it with the covering layer. It did it's job to relieve shoulder pain from side-sleeping.

Said they will help me get happy with firmness within the 120 day trial, so I am going to hopefully work with them to get a soft tooer. I believe they will help me and this is very encouragin.

This is a great mattress and a great buy at the price.

Great mattress. Not as soft as I expected on the Medium side. I had purchased one a few years ago for a different bed that was much softer - same 7" double sided. Over all great and happy to have mattress w/o coils and w/o toxins.

The exact mattress that I wanted, Latex hybrid, Delivery time with a little bit longer but that is to be expected. I received the exact mattress I was hoping for

It is nice. But I need to return. When the bed came, it already had this system included.

This mattress is exceptionally well-made and beautiful. I ordered the queen firm hybrid. Unfortunately, due to spine issues, I require a much firmer mattress. I would agree with the company that this mattress falls solidly as a 7/10 firmness, but due to the bouncy nature of the latex and the bouncy nature of the springs, which definitely are very forgiving, especially when a person weighs more than 160 pounds, it was not the right mattress for me. I weigh less than 150 pounds and need a very firm, very still - ( meaning without movement or bounce), style of mattress. That said, I don’t think you’re going to find quality of materials at this price point anywhere else. So unless you’re like me, an absolutely require either a 10 out of 10 or nine out of 10 level of firmness, and dislike bounce and dislike movement, this would be a great mattress for the majority of the marketplace out there. We love our latex mattress topper. There was a bit of confusion as to "what's in the box" vs what we received. I reached out to the company and they took care of everything. They were very responsive to my e-mails. I would them well for their product & customer service.

I’ve wanted a latex mattress for years, and finally found Latex For Less. I ordered a soft mattress, and was surprised how firm it feels. I am sleeping much better but still occasionally have pressure points on my shoulder. Fairly happy, just wish it was a tad softer.

Box arrived damaged but otherwise I had no issues with customer service

The latex firm hybrid is very comfortable. It has just the right degree of firmness. However, it is very heavy and two people are needed to move it.

Customer service excellent and received a couple weeks after ordering. I called to check on order and was told they had to make it. It’s nice to know it’s fresh and hadn’t been sitting in a warehouse.

I purchased a hybrid latex mattress, 3" topper/cotton cover, foundation and frame. We were upgrading from a queen to a king. From order to delivery was 5 weeks and everything arrived at the same time and packaged perfectly. This set was by far the least expensive and savings were well over $1k with Latex for Less. I was looking only for quality and natural materials along with durability. Our queen was an all latex mattress and we didn't want to go that route again as we noted grooved wear from body imprints so that we had an option with the hybrid was a bonus and the added topper is working out perfectly for us. The foundation and frame were very easy to assemble! All-in-all we are very happy with our purchase. If there were a heads-up in delivery that would have been appreciated. The delivery web-site was "down" and made tracking a bit difficult, but a simple phone call was all that was needed and they very easily were able to track my order and provide a delivery date.

So. . we have had our mattress since 7/2018. That’s 8 years we have had this wonderful mattress and we still love it and brag about it to everyone. When people complain about having “dips” and “soft spots” we no longer can relate. We had a memory foam one years ago that only lasted 2 years. And that was with us stretching. It probably needed to be replaced by 1 year. It became flat as a pancake. I LOVE our latex for less mattress. It’s been worth every penny. The mattress with a nice 2ish inch topper is heaven. No sinking spots. No memory of where I’ve been on it. No bumps and hills. Just the best sleep of my life. I hate going to hotels cause their beds feel like rocks now compared to mine. I can see this thing lasting another 20 years. I sure don’t plan to replace it anytime soon.

We excitedly received our foundation in the afternoon and planned to assemble it the next day. Unfortunately we discovered that 2 of the corner attachments were broken!!! My husband contacted the customer service department. They asked him to take a photo of the broken pieces and send it to them. He did and we received the replacement pieces in a week. We were disappointed at the time but are very happy with it now!
