If you're OK with the "medium side" being a little on the firm side, you'll love this mattress. That being said, we are still flipping it for longevity sake. Sides aren't marked clearly enough, although the sewn pattern is different on each. We figured it out by touch.

Purchased my mattress in December 2025. Every step leading up to my first nights sleep was 5 stars!!! The telephone and email communications between office and customer was flawless and timely. I even got a timely response to a chat request for a call back!!!! The customer service employees were professional and had all pertinent information at hand and handled every detail expertly . The delivery and set up was perfect too- excellent communication and service. Saved my back and effort!!!! Every night I give a “thanks” to this mattress for the support to my back and my muscles!!!!

The entire experience was very satisfying for me. The shipping was a few days late but they let me know about it right away. I was putting it together by myself which I have zero experience. IT TAKES A WHILE TO GET AFTER ORDERING. THE PACKAGING WAS EXCELLENT & CRAFTMANSHIP AND QUALITY IS PERFECT. THE SLEEPING COMFORT CAN ONLY BE ACHIEVED WITH LATEX AND THIS ONE IS AWESOME. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THE MATTRESS WAS NOT LABELED "MEDIUM" ON ONE SIDE AND "FIRM" ON THE OTHER, HOWEVER IT CAN BE DETERMINED WITH A LITTLE WORK.

This mattress if very comfortable, well designed and we're glad to know it is made of good material. Our only hope was that it would be a little firmer. We ordered firm and I would say it is a medium firm.
