Everything was great and easy to assemble.

A quality product and very comfortable to sleep on.

We purchased a king-size hybrid mattress 2 years ago and the new regular box springs we used (2-piece) began sagging in no time. After researching our options extensively, this wood mattress foundation from Latex for Less seemed like the best choice - and I was so right! We've been using ours for about 6 weeks and from the first night it's been an absolute dream. No more sagging or unevenness, we're sleeping comfortably and waking up rested instead of achy and sore. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone!

Customer service was very nice, but production and delivery was slower than expected. Customer service reps seemed a bit disconnected from the products and manufacturing processes.

I knew I'd have to wait a week or two, but once delivered, it was easy to get upstairs and to unpack.

The only drawback is that it is heavy and a bit clumsy to move around: totally comfortable and I know it will last a long time!
