Been over a month. Sore back / neck prior to testing this mattress out. Still undecided about which side I prefer. Sleep issues prior. Sleeping better than before. I would highly recommend considering this brand. If possible, I will update or re-review in the future. Not sorry I purchased this.

The firm side was a bit firmer than anticipated, we are using the medium side and loving it. Wouldn't want it any firmer though. . . .

Overall experience has been pretty good. It took a surprisingly long time for the mattress to be manufactured and shipped. (Patience is a virtue). Shipping time was as expected.

More than acceptable and SO GLAD to be able to get it in a 7 inch thickness that fits my existing sheets — but it would be perfect if it were a solid extra firm, no 2-sided Med/Firm.

We purchased a king-size hybrid mattress 2 years ago and the new regular box springs we used (2-piece) began sagging in no time. After researching our options extensively, this wood mattress foundation from Latex for Less seemed like the best choice - and I was so right! We've been using ours for about 6 weeks and from the first night it's been an absolute dream. No more sagging or unevenness, we're sleeping comfortably and waking up rested instead of achy and sore. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone!

Customer service was very nice, but production and delivery was slower than expected. Customer service reps seemed a bit disconnected from the products and manufacturing processes.

I knew I'd have to wait a week or two, but once delivered, it was easy to get upstairs and to unpack.
