IT TAKES A WHILE TO GET AFTER ORDERING. THE PACKAGING WAS EXCELLENT & CRAFTMANSHIP AND QUALITY IS PERFECT. THE SLEEPING COMFORT CAN ONLY BE ACHIEVED WITH LATEX AND THIS ONE IS AWESOME. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THE MATTRESS WAS NOT LABELED "MEDIUM" ON ONE SIDE AND "FIRM" ON THE OTHER, HOWEVER IT CAN BE DETERMINED WITH A LITTLE WORK.

This mattress if very comfortable, well designed and we're glad to know it is made of good material. Our only hope was that it would be a little firmer. We ordered firm and I would say it is a medium firm.

i appreciate the customer service when the mattress i bought turned out to be faulty. it took some time to understand how to prove but once i submitted the proper proof, i was sent a replacement mattress. thx mucho!

labeled as firm but hoped it would be firmer. no aches or pains so far. much much better than the two sided latex with a firm and medium side which was returned since it sagged within a year. hope this one doesn't

I’ve purchased the full-size mattress and the 2” topper and the pillow all for maximum comfort! I love them all! But. . I should’ve bought the topper cover to protect from damage from Bruno’s nails (my chihuahua)!😆

The mattress itself is fine; comfy and supporting. It would be helpful if the packing material included such simple instructions as "how do you tell the firm side from the medium side". It was not fun to have to turn the mattress over to feel both sides prior to final understanding.

Ever since I had my first latex mattress twenty years ago, I found it to be the most comfortable sleep. . Most latex is dunlop but the mattress I purchased has two different densities available. It's comfortable, but I am on the search for Talalay for my next mattress purchase. This mattress is a well made mattress. I am satisfied with the craftsmanship and comfort.
