The shipping process and delivery was a bit of a joke, but that's not on Krosswood! We love our door so much and are completely happy with the quality!

The stain finish looks so cheap, it looks like a Child that did not know what He was doing. Building a Million dollar dream home The front door is a nightmare. Not happy.

After receiving door, I called to get a threshold and longer replacement screws for the decorative fake hinges. I have not received either one nor have I heard anything back

We highly recommend Krosswood. Our rustic knotty alder is beautiful and just highlights the home entry. Our door is a great heavy quality and the color is what we expected. It is obvious that care was used in packing to ensure no shipping damage.

I purchased a Krosswood door prehung from Home Depot and a screw cap was missing on the door threshold. Unfortunately Home Depot was unable to help so I reached out directly to Krosswood via their text platform. It was at night. I received an immediate response stating that they would reach back out the next morning when they were back in the office. I received a text message the next morning with a response. The next day, I received confirmation of caps being sent out with a tracking number at no charge! Fast and professional resolution! Love Krosswood. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. Thank you, Krosswood!!

Arrived early which is amazing, Well packaged and easy to move.

We received our doors very quickly and they were custom ordered. They arrived with no damage and ready to install. Amazing customer service!

Ordered a 5 glass panel exterior door. The folks at Crossword were very helpful and answered all my questions. Getting it right is important and there are plenty or opportunities for errors for a weekend DIY guy like myself so their direction was vital. Door quality is top notch and it arrived when promised. Ben was absolutely terrific! We are building a home. Our vendor for our doors forgot to place the order with the manufacturer leaving us without doors and unable to get C.O. on the house. I reached out to Ben and not only did he provide a quote, he provided guidance on how to get a better price and made sure to follow our order to insure it arrived in time. Love this addition to my kitchen! It’s a sturdy one of a kind door (thanks to the beautiful grain and knots). The doggy door is big enough for my husky but light enough for my terrier. The color options are a great representation of the product. Quick communicative shipping. Easy to hang. I get so many compliments on this switch, even my contractor wants them for his home!!

The Doors I ordered are very nice and what I expected, good quality and look very good installed. The problem my installer encountered was with the Door Jam Plate. The 4 Little Plastic Plugs on the Plate keep the Rubber Seal on the bottom of the door from sealing. They leave a gap on the sides of the Plugs. We had to take them off in order to get the proper fit. I am going to file down the outer edge of them to fit Flush in the holes. My only problem is that the plugs on the back door were trashed by the time they finally got them out of the floor plate. Maybe Cross Wood doors will send my 4 new plugs for free. Please see pics. I just ordered my doors so I will leave another review once I get them. But starting with a simple text to ask a question turned into the most amazing customer service I've ever dealt with. Ben responded immediately and asked me a lot of questions I didn't think of. He actually assisted me to buy the doors through Home Depot and got them to respond to me immediately as well! After a bit of figuring I was actually able to get the doors through Krosswood at a better price. Even if I had to pay a bit more I would have because their customer service was well worth it instead of dealing with people who never call me back. Many many messages between Ben and myself over the course of a few days and I ordered my doors. I could not be happier, he was friendly and professional, knowledgeable and supportive. They were recommended To Us by Other Door manufacturers who could not make what we wanted, and we are so excited to get the doors in our new house. I will post a review once it's complete. This is the best customer service I have ever had! Ben was in touch with me for a few days to make sure I get the exact door I needed, contacted Home Depot and followed up if the called me. I am talking of 3 days texting, getting all measurements, etc. Thank you SO MUCH Ben, I really appreciate all your time and effort! Highly recommend this company!

Gorgeous doors. They are such a beautiful addition to our home.

Twice we were delivered the incorrect door as well as the stain missing in some parts ( they say due to heat expansion). Ultimately had to cancel the order and order elsewhere . The people were nice on the phone .

The doggos got used to it after 2 weeks. We like the rustic look and quality

Your people were fantastic from the very beginning, making sure I got what I needed double checking all my measurements, and making sure product was delivered on time and we installed our end-user was thrilled

Door Quality and appearance is excellent. Shipping container was very effective. Install was very straightforward. Wood construction has a feel that fiberglass doors will never have.
