The remodelers had no problem installing the door and even complimented the quality and sturdiness of the wood. Plus I love the way it looks!

They send the doors with lots of missing parts, I reported and they got back to me asking what’s issues I reply back but they ignored me

We have bought 3 Mediterranean Arch Top Knotty Alder Wood Front Door, and they look awesome but the problem that has been coming up is that the 2 panels shrink or are too small and creating a small gap between the panel and the side trims. If you can solve this problem the doors would be a five star.

I ordered samples and was unimpressed by the level of finish on the wood. It did not look like it would hold up well.

My wife and I have retired and are focused on recreating a typical small 3 bedroom home into a home suited for two people getting old. With an emphasis given to being ADA compliant yet with rooms and amenities that are both amazing to look at and functionally friendly to use. We have changed and added so many things within our home and discovered one or two surprises along the way. Some things do not look like what you ordered when you saw them in the showroom, very disappointing. Original ideas can change as the remodel happens. Remember to be flexible, there are no problems just solutions. Which brings me to our story and experience with Krosswood Door company. At the cost of everything we will only be able to recreate our home for retirement age one time. Details are important to us. We shopped for doors at all the big box stores, and just didn't find the door we were looking for. We were looking for something that had the design appeal and quality we both loved and found in Krosswood 's Alder door's. They arrived on time and did not disappoint. More than that we were both ecstatic with the appeal - how they looked - just a beautiful door. Which sets up the next high compliment for the Krosswood door company. Regarding attention to detail we had ordered a beveled glass 6' double door that was delivered with just clear glass, not with beveled glass which was on the description. The beveled glass was the detail that mattered to us. We could hang it as is and live with the disappointment . The question was : How will, what will the company do? Answer A: Krosswood after examining the order and door description said, that we were correct we had ordered beveled glass doors. The description for interior french doors was wrong. Beveled glass is not offered on 1 3/8" interior door but . . . Krosswood answer we will resend the same (French door) 1 3/4", same dimensions with beveled glass . How would they pick up the doors to be sent back? Answer B: that's the good thing ab...

Love the door, difficult to install but we managed, I would really like a screen door that matches.

I have a gorgeous Krosswood front door at our home and now we were back for a front door for our cabin. Absolutely gorgeous. Can’t beat the quality and price. So happy!!!

If I could give this door company no stars I would. Ordered a 64 x 80 door twice, to only be sent the wrong size door TWICE! Unacceptable and nonchalant customer service that shows no urgency or care to expedite or make it right. Something is insanely wrong with the warehouse management or labeling to have occurred twice now. We will be going elsewhere and want to make it know that the quality control is just not there.

The doors are perfect and the customer service equally so. This is my second time using Krosswood, the first time was flawless. This order was French Doors, when they arrived I only received 3 of the six needed hinges, a quick call with a real person answering quickly got 3 more in the express mail. When I received them and went to install, I realized that the first 3 were only 3 inch hinges, not the needed 4. Another quick call with a person and they overnight expressed a full set of 6 hinges. I don’t need doors often but I will always go back to Krosswood

I’m doing a full and complete remodel of my home. This front door is my favorite part of the whole house! It’s absolutely gorgeous! I’ve already gotten tons of compliments on it. Plus, their customer service is great.

Sent a door with no shelf even though I ordered one with shelf and only sent 3 out of 4 hinges.

To whom it may concern, I recently purchased an unfinished Rustic knotty alder door with two sidelights for $2,600. The door is designed with a center speak easy and wrought iron frame. In all, the door looks nice except for the center speak easy is installed crooked with a 1/4" difference from top to bottom of the frame, also the hinge straps are installed uneven. This wouldn't be an issue if I could adjust the speak easy frame and the wrought iron feature which are the center point of the door. I had to return the very large and heavy door back to Home Depot for a full refund. I ordered a new door from Home Depot that was the same exact model hoping that the first door had uncommon issues, but the second door came with the SAME EXACT PROBLEMS!!! Where is the Quality control on these things! I currently have a large hole in my house where a door is supposed to be located, and I now can't install the second door either due to the obvious poor craftsmanship. To return this item which is approx. 350lbs is a real pain in the a@#. I will not be purchasing this door a third time and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new door to Not purchase this product!!

Overall a good product. It would be great if one of the slabs wasn’t warped at the base.
