I have a gorgeous Krosswood front door at our home and now we were back for a front door for our cabin. Absolutely gorgeous. Can’t beat the quality and price. So happy!!!

BUYER AWARE! MY DOOR CAME UNPACKAGED, WAS 1/2 OFF BOTTOM FROM TOP. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL REVIEWS BEFORE PICKING THIS DOOR. I WISH FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I SPENT- I WISH I WOULD OF LOOKED AT THE REVIEWS. IF YOUR THINKING OF THESE- SAVE YOUR SELF A PROBLEM CHOOSE WISLEY.

If I could give this door company no stars I would. Ordered a 64 x 80 door twice, to only be sent the wrong size door TWICE! Unacceptable and nonchalant customer service that shows no urgency or care to expedite or make it right. Something is insanely wrong with the warehouse management or labeling to have occurred twice now. We will be going elsewhere and want to make it know that the quality control is just not there.

I SPENT OVER $4,000. 00 FOR A NEW DOOR. MY DOOR ARRIVED IN NO PACKAGING, OFF IN MEASURMENTS BY 1/2. GAP FROM CLOSING, HINGES STRIPPED ON BOTH DOORS, NOTHING WAS CORRECT. USED DOOR IS WHAT I HAVE RECEIVED. SHOWED PICTURES WITH SEVERAL CALLS - BUT WAS DONE. " BUYER BE VERY AWARE " YOU MAY WANT TO CHOICE A BETTER QUALITIY PLACE BEFORE SPENDING YOUR MONEY. WISH I WOULD OF.

The doors are perfect and the customer service equally so. This is my second time using Krosswood, the first time was flawless. This order was French Doors, when they arrived I only received 3 of the six needed hinges, a quick call with a real person answering quickly got 3 more in the express mail. When I received them and went to install, I realized that the first 3 were only 3 inch hinges, not the needed 4. Another quick call with a person and they overnight expressed a full set of 6 hinges. I don’t need doors often but I will always go back to Krosswood

I’m doing a full and complete remodel of my home. This front door is my favorite part of the whole house! It’s absolutely gorgeous! I’ve already gotten tons of compliments on it. Plus, their customer service is great.

Sent a door with no shelf even though I ordered one with shelf and only sent 3 out of 4 hinges.

To whom it may concern, I recently purchased an unfinished Rustic knotty alder door with two sidelights for $2,600. The door is designed with a center speak easy and wrought iron frame. In all, the door looks nice except for the center speak easy is installed crooked with a 1/4" difference from top to bottom of the frame, also the hinge straps are installed uneven. This wouldn't be an issue if I could adjust the speak easy frame and the wrought iron feature which are the center point of the door. I had to return the very large and heavy door back to Home Depot for a full refund. I ordered a new door from Home Depot that was the same exact model hoping that the first door had uncommon issues, but the second door came with the SAME EXACT PROBLEMS!!! Where is the Quality control on these things! I currently have a large hole in my house where a door is supposed to be located, and I now can't install the second door either due to the obvious poor craftsmanship. To return this item which is approx. 350lbs is a real pain in the a@#. I will not be purchasing this door a third time and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new door to Not purchase this product!!

Overall a good product. It would be great if one of the slabs wasn’t warped at the base.

We’ve been putting off buying a new front door for years but when we found Krosswood we knew it was time. Shortly after purchasing exterior doors from Home Depot, we noticed warping at the bottom of the front door. Since the doors had already been installed, we chose not to return them and instead attempted to fix the issue ourselves by sanding the warped area. Unfortunately, within less than three weeks, the warping returned. The condition has now worsened—our front door is now swollen, and water is entering through the wood and glass area. This is especially concerning given that both our front and back entrances are fully covered, with approximately 12-foot overhangs, so the doors are not directly exposed to harsh weather. In addition, the back doors are improperly sized—one door is noticeably smaller than the other, causing alignment and functionality issues. To be clear, this is not a framing or installation problem; the defect is with the doors themselves. Overall, this has been extremely disappointing. The quality and craftsmanship of these doors are far below expectations. Based on our experience, I would not recommend purchasing these products.
