I was a little skeptical that the double door kit could be assembled easily, but was pleasantly surprised that everything about the process went smoothly. The doors are beautiful. No problems with delivery. I am a happy customer!

The black finish could be better. Comes off easily and is somewhat light. The door itself is solid and installed well

The weather stripping is not long enough and the base of our pre-hung doors were not drilled out on the bottom making the latch useless. For $2,500 per set I shouldn't have to get my contractor to correct these deficiencies. But they are pretty and we're packaged well

Solid wood door. Design of door and sidelight attractive but every other aspect was nightmarish. Way too many issues to list- and that is AFTER installing unit and having to then remove it due to backsets being cut absolutely incorrectly. Shipping damage issues, incorrect jamb sizes. Second door had extensive damage after shipping as well. Bad mortices on second door. Ben was a trooper throughout and 2 stars are for Ben and we received monetary relief but not nearly enough for two installs , in winter , and mental anguish. Finally installed and very pretty but for someone with no carpentry skills...forget it. Horrible quality control and I hope its improved over last 12 months because the potential is absolutely there.

I haven’t received my door yet but I had an amazing experience with their design person, Ben. He was very patient and spent over an hour with me to make sure I got the design I wanted. I have been working with 3 other door company’s and no one could contend with the price at Krosswood. I am so excited to get my new front door!

Ordered the 48 in. x 80 in. Craftsman Shaker 10-Lite Both Active MDF Solid Core Double Prehung French Door through Home Depot; However the door was missing the middle jamb which covers the gap and the "ball catch" on top of one of the doors. Trying to get a hold of someone to correct issue with Krosswood is difficult- no answer on phone number provided.

The windowless had stain all over them still. Some of the wood was splintered some of the pre drilled holes were off

I ordered directly through Krosswood. They were responsive to questions I had.

Our door arrived in a reasonably quick time. Unfortunately a screw in the packing crate was sticking out and did a small amount of damage to the door. We contacted customer support. They were very cordial and helpful. After a review we were given a partial refund and instructions on how to fix the damage. We are very pleased, and the door looks great.

We received our beautiful door which seemed well packed, but opened it to find several smallish dings.

The quality of the door is good. But the staining leaves much to be desired. Whoever stained it was sloppy and missed some spots and got stain on the glass. It was also darker along the seams. We will need to try to get some stain that will match to hit the missing areas and see if we can clean the glass without taking off the privacy frosting.

A couple small problems with the door but we talked with customer service and they took care of the situation.

There was a hiccup with my recent order, I was expecting a tedious process to get it rectified and I would have to waste most of my day dealing with red tape. I spoke to Sarah and her team and she had my problem fixed immediately and my order sent out the same day! This order was holding up a time sensitive project and having the quick turnaround for the solution meant everything! Thanks to Sarah and her crew Crossword has earned a new loyal customer!

Sarah T made one of the biggest impressions I’ve had in a long time. She went out of her way to accommodate a frustrating situation and was able to help get things situated within 15 minutes after being on the phone for an hour talking to 3 different people. Once I got to Sarah you could tell she actually gave a damn about her customers. Very grateful!

I was very excited to install these Knotty Alder doors by Krosswood. They are beautiful and have a nice natural look. Building a new home these would be a great feel to the country living we are surrounded by. After giving each exterior door three coats of Cabot paint, they were ready to install. We found out that although the doors are not cheap in price, the milling was not up to standard. The door jam where the door lock would enter was off by 1/4 on all doors, causing us to re set the openings, otherwise when the door shut, you would see daylight. Then when we had our first thunderstorm after installation, the inside of the door was wet where the inserts were and at the bottom of the door from the bottom insert. You can see that the inserts shrunk, because it showed bare wood by 1/8 of an inch. You see the paint and then bare wood. That is where the water was making its way in. I spoke with Home Depot where we purchased 17 doors from, all Krosswood, and they informed us it was not their fault and could not do anything to help us. Very disappointing.
