We had questions about finding the right doors and available options for our door project. Benjamin took extra time going over all options that were available. He stayed well past his shift to make sure our measurements were correct we were aware of all available options. He went above and beyond to help. We are very happy with Benajmin and Krosswood's service.

I haven't had the chance to fully inspect the door. By Krosswood's Policy it might not fully matter because the requirement for return/refund is to inspect the door/components before accepting delivery. However, the door is fully packaged and wrapped up on a pallet along with everything else. The delivery guy is not really going to offer much help in "unpacking" everything to see if there was damage during shipping or manufacture defect which damage to the packaging wouldn't show. Shipping was a complete fiasco. 4-6 weeks was what was quoted to me over the phone and then I get a text message within a 1. 5 weeks saying showing up at this date between this time, must be there, respond yes or no to accept or call to reschedule. However there was no confirmation yet of the item being shipped, no tracking info yet, etc. With all the spamming these days. Anyway, also I fully explained to the seller/sales guy what I was looking for and the application. I needed to know since I was creating an opening where there was NO opening, what size that opening needed to be to accommodate the door in its entirety. This meaning; opening of the material of the wall which I expressed was concrete, frame of rough opening, jamb for the door and the door itself. I received the dimension that was different from the website but yet was still not large enough to accommodate the size of the door. I also then received construction information of what to do that is not to code after the seller/sales guy realized that dimension he gave was not large enough. Therefore, this essentially made the door $1,000 more than it's really worth. It just a fiberglass door from Krosswoods it's not a Pella or Anderson door so I still have no idea how it will hold up once installed and used. Oh, and I don't appreciate being forced to pay for a hung door in order to purchase a sidelight but then I don't really get a hung door because it's shipped disassembled and will need to be assembled when it arrives. Terrible experience with this company. I received the wrong order to my house and the discrepancy never got resolved. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered and installed the bourbon stained three glass panel door and love it. It allowed more natural lite into the living room and added character as well.

We purchased new front and back doors. The back door arrived with the door seal ripped, damaged, and nonfunctional. The company sent a replacement seal, but we had to pay a contractor to remove the old one and install the new one. The front door, though marketed as an exterior door, is clearly not designed for outdoor use. We have an overhang, as required by the company and warranty, but after just one rain, a four-foot crack appeared, and other parts of the door started separating. We were unable to enter the house because the door had expanded and absorbed water. The door was also advertised as a solid wood door on the website, but it is clearly made of particle board and wood veneer. This is not material suited for an exterior door. The previous door had been in place for over 30 years without any issues. The company refuses to refund the door, which is clearly not built for its intended purpose as an exterior door. This business also has a terrible BBB rating and is clearly not trustworthy.

This is the 3rd or 4th and the very last time I will purchase a door from you. It is simply sad to see how bad your product quality has become. Never again will I buy doors from you.

Ordering process on the Krosswoods website was quick and easy. We received two different updates to the shipping dates which was fine, but after both dates were surpassed and no further communication occurred, I had to reach out via phone to get an update on our order. Within a week of the phone call, we received our tracking information. The shipping/delivery/pickup process was quite simple. Overall we are pleased with the process and the look, structure, and assembly of both doors.

I was a little skeptical that the double door kit could be assembled easily, but was pleasantly surprised that everything about the process went smoothly. The doors are beautiful. No problems with delivery. I am a happy customer!

The black finish could be better. Comes off easily and is somewhat light. The door itself is solid and installed well

The weather stripping is not long enough and the base of our pre-hung doors were not drilled out on the bottom making the latch useless. For $2,500 per set I shouldn't have to get my contractor to correct these deficiencies. But they are pretty and we're packaged well

Solid wood door. Design of door and sidelight attractive but every other aspect was nightmarish. Way too many issues to list- and that is AFTER installing unit and having to then remove it due to backsets being cut absolutely incorrectly. Shipping damage issues, incorrect jamb sizes. Second door had extensive damage after shipping as well. Bad mortices on second door. Ben was a trooper throughout and 2 stars are for Ben and we received monetary relief but not nearly enough for two installs , in winter , and mental anguish. Finally installed and very pretty but for someone with no carpentry skills...forget it. Horrible quality control and I hope its improved over last 12 months because the potential is absolutely there.
