Polite and competent

The box of instructions and digital scan labels were very handy and made the labeling process super easy.

The site is easy to use and pretty self explanatory. I would add the ability to specify a quantity between two and ten and get an accurate price quote. Otherwise, like me, you are just hoping that the add on fees aren't ridiculous when you have just four or five things to digitize.

Easy to order

sitting on a box of old reels and the website made it easy to press the 'go' button. It would've been nice if somewhere they had re-enforced that the box holds up to 20 of whatever medium is being sent, including tins with 5" reels. I'm still a little nervous that our reels will all fit.

SIMPLE TO FOLLOW UNTIL I RECEIVED THE BOX....IN THERE I FOUND INSTRUCTIONS THAT INDICATED THEY DO NOT DO SOUND ON TAPE....THEY SHOULD TELL YOU THAT UP FRONT

So far easy start to exciting memories brought back to life.

The experience was good not great. The site provided a variety of options, however, the consolidation and further explanation of the media provided would be helpful...e.g. choice of a thumb drive - can it be copied, does it have an index/title included in the content, what type of USB and series-2.0 or 3.0.

I haven’t received the digitized photos yet so can make no comment on the website.
