The website is very informative, letting me know exactly what steps would be taken and explaining the various options. The transfer to payment was a little glitchy but worked the second time.

Everything went as expected. It was good being able to determine the type of shipping used (no PO Boxes). Also, detailed info on expiration of shipping labels, etc.

Easy to follow instructions!

I got Kodakdigitizing package to ship my VHS tapes order. Box and the booklet with instructions were great. Instructions to ship media were very clear. There were labels for each media item. There were some extra labels if I have more media to ship. There were three labels to upgrade my order. There is extra cast for each upgrade. I upgraded my order to get the CDs for my VHS tapes for $19.99. There was a UPS shipping label. I packaged my media in the box and dropped the box to UPS pickup location. I got confirmation email the next day from Kodak. It is great service so far. Vey excited to get my media digitized and shipped back.

Everything has been going as outlined. Waiting to see results...
