It was easy to order online

Website is easy to use. A little confusing as to the number of movies or slides. How many slides would be included in the 10 and I am assuming the movies are each one counted as 1.

Have not received answer on whether reel audio tapes are acceptable to be converted. Also, not clear on allowance to mix media types in same box.

Ordered boxes, putting family project together. All went well.

It took a few weeks, but the waiting wasn't an issue. However, receiving the dvd's and finding that they were not a one-one match with the film reels has made it difficult to identify and date the contents, something that was already clear on the film canisters. So one- to- one transfer would have been better. I ts made me hesitate to send other items where dating is important.

You made getting started on preserving my memories easy. Thank you!

I'm impressed! The website was good but the box and its instructions are great. The box arrived today and I'll send it back tomorrow with slides I've reviewed and a reel of film which I haven't. I have no clue what it contains.

It's delightfully easy to use. AND ---- the quality of the digital transfer from a 1948 Kodachrome 8mm film is excellent!!!
