I received my tapes back with my thumb drive but no explanation of when I would receive my downloadable links.

It seems some of the thumb drive were incomplete not showing the whole concert.

I will be sending the box in the next 2 weeks. I have an old Kodak slide projector with 6 or 7 wheels to put slides into. Any interest ? It is from the The 1950?

I had no idea what was on these old family tapes. Kodak did a wonderful job at bring these to life for future generations. Thank you

We received items that do not belong to us meaning someone did not get their memories back. Please let me know how to return these items.

I am unsure that I can use your service as my media consists of mini-dvds and a DVD. I searched your site to confirm you will be able to convert my media but from what I see you don't work with these types. A person from the vendor I purchased your service assured me you do work with my media, can someone please confirm this before I mail out all my valuable dvds. And if so can you update your site.

Not good at all. Several VHS didn,t copy at all, also over 50 Slides not copied, saying they arw not supported, or unsupported packaging while they were packacked like all others and the quality of the slides is very good. Whatever else the transferred is not very good, blurry photos while the original is sharp, while they advertise the highest quality etc, none of it comes back that way. They only good thing is that some of what i sent in is now digitized, but not everything is completed, meaning also since you pay upfront it is not worth the money. Not recommended

I find the email updates confusing. Initial package label was through UPS and more recently from USPS. I still do not have the conversion in my email.

Took too long with no updates from provider. Some tapes came out with large blank spaces

Scans (from negatives) are OK quality but not great. The color correction and blemish correction (e. g. minor scratches or marks on negatives) was non-existent. I will have to make corrections myself to every image.

I can’t find my digital copies. Help

Color correction of digitized negatives would be nice.

Not sure why I would need to sign up with Legacybox to download my order. This is terrible and I’m sure I won‘t use Kodak again in the future.

The majority of the 20 reels digitized had the same dust or dirt particles in the frame This was obviously an issue with your equipment, not the camera, since many of these reels were filmed years apart.

The whole process was seamless. My box came, I tagged all my items with the barcode (only small hiccup was my old reels were small with limited area to stick the barcode). My items were available way sooner than expected and it has been a joy to watch them.
