We sent several boxes for digitizing. Some of them came back just fine, but some of them did not. On two of the boxes the photos were digitized on BOTH sides so was got a lot og images that were blank white. These all had to be manually deleted before loading into our digital frame. It was very time consuming and unfortunate.
I was told one of my TAPES was blank. I played it again on my VHS player and the beginning is blank but a few minutes through, it does have video on it. I never received the dis. If it and never received a refund for what I paid for it

Terrible digitization from VHS to digital download. One of my VHS tapes needed to calibration during the recording, but it never happened. The message keeps popping up during the recording process. Sloppy result due to lack of attention. I would like you to re-record my VHS tape and set the calibration properly this time please. Thanks
The on line download is very hard to use. I had a lot of slides and the way they are returned is overwhelming. My digitized slides are dark and contrasty Some faces are hard to see. The slides were absolutely not that way. Very sorry i paid the money to do this. I have always trusted Kodak until now.
I’m deeply disappointed in the transfer of our family’s 8mm film. The aspect ratio is completely wrong, not taking into account the 8mm frame and the scan cuts of the top of the footage framing it as a rectangle instead of a square. Often, the head and shoulders of the subjects are completely out of frame. Terrible scan quality. Much of the footage is useless to me.
Sent a Sony Betacam SP tape, nothing on their website says the can't do this format. Tracked the process on their webpage, everything progressing, then get a message can view the finished tape online, but when followed the links nothing was there. Couldn't get anyone to tell me why. Then week later get the tape back with no explanation, except a little sticker on the tape said they don't do this type of media. Extremely poor customer service.
Never got my digital images. Requested information and still have not heard back.
You left hours of black tape on my Beta transfer very disapointed
I was very disappointed , I swear some of these films aren’t even mine. I will have to play the entirety of each one to find maybe what I’m looking for. A lot of them are completely blank so I guess I don’t understand.
NEVER RECEIVED CONVERTED FILMS
I was expecting the 8mm and some of the videos to have been enhanced, or lightened, to possibly have a better quality for the end product. I'm glad I digitized them but am barely satisfied with the outcome. Respectively, J Trusal
One of the videos was digitized and the screen was all blue. It was something I had taped off of television and it was poor reception via the TV antenna, but it was visible, and audible, despite the poor image quality. Your service rendered it in blue, perhaps because it wasn’t good enough quality but you should’ve just transferred what was on the tape.
I sent in photos of my parent's engagement party, wedding and honeymoon plus a baby photo of me and my two brothers. 25 photos in all - and they can't find them. Initially they wanted to reimburse me $15 (per item for the 40 package box). I will NEVER send photos to them ever again. I am not satisfied with their service!!
Your websites it takes 6 to 8 weeks to get everything done, but I just got a email says 10 to 12 weeks! Ridiculous!
I will be happy to update this review if you contact me asap. I sent in payment on April 17th and haven't received my box or any communication from Kodak. Please contact me by email.
I asked for a prepaid shipping label to send back the (7) audio discs that I can not play on any CD or VCR player. Prior to ordering I was assured that the audio discs would play in a CD and or VCR player. Joe in customer service said that I was getting a refund. I was credited back $21. 65, the total I paid was $69. 53. I paid $47. 88 for (7) worthless plastic discs. Since I did not get a reply back from Kodak after I discovered my partial refund ,I did a charge back to my credit card for $47. 88. BUYER BEWARE AND READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU USE THIS COMPANY.
I haven’t received anything to review and its been a very very long time.
2 weeks later I still Haven’t received the package from Kodak
There is very little communication while your tapes are in transit, processing or beyond. Perhaps we are spoiled by our current technology, but the quality of video seemed bad. The original media is eventually returned to you so now I don’t know what to do with them!
