I still have not received my boxes? What do i do?

I had questions on size of box as I have 10 inch 16mm reel. I sent an email and received the information I needed. I look forward to receiving my box and sending in my film.

I saw the advertisement on a Saturday. I called and left a message indicating my interest especially at the price indicated. On Monday the price had increased but when I called and spoke to the representative, his manager allowed me to be charged the price listed on Saturday. I was very pleased!

It does not say how many pictures makes an item???? I know a tape makes one item, but the pictures???
