Amazing quality, I can’t believe I didn’t go to this store sooner. Staff was great at highlighting the differences. The knife itself is sharp and very high quality. Such quality and craftsmanship is truly hard to find nowadays and the fact that they are all made in Japan is the winning factor that made me come in. As for the knife itself; stunning, insanely sharp good balance and size for slicing in between bones of a prime rib. What more could you want. I will be back

Our recent purchase of the Fujimoto Hammer Tone SLD Nakiri knife has improved veggie prep more than I expected. The length (165mm) is the right length and the blunt end improves knife safety while working with small frequent cuts used in veggie prep. The sharpness of the knife is unbelievable. This is an excellent knife!
