i love the knife

I love how the Board Wax delivered exactly as I’d hoped. My cutting board is now conditioned and water/liquid repellent… AND it’s 100% natural. I am doing my best to remove petroleum products and plastics from my kitchen. This was ideal!

I bought my knife in store and it was relatively seamless. It would have been great if I was given a bit more context behind the variety of options shown to me, like background of the knife and pros/cons. Since it was my first purchase of a Japanese knife, I was hoping to get more tailored support. But the salesman was overall friendly and easy to talk to otherwise.
