Large tongs/tweezers do what they're supposed to do. An integrated solution to locking them closed for storage would be nice, but otherwise very solid.

I would've like to buy off their main website because they have bundles but it is in USD and KnifeWear was CAD and a bit cheaper. Happy with how quickly it came and the extra stickers in the box!

Loved this class! Well paced and very informative! Left with ingredients for a soup, stir fry, salad and a very cheeky orange! Also took advantage of the store credit, offered as part of the class, to upgrade my knife drawer at home along with a honing rod. A lovely and perfect way to spend two hours on a Saturday morning.

Yes, we are very happy with all of our Japanese knives, getting to be too many to count. As my dad used to say, you need the right tool for the job…this holds true for kitchen knives.
