Exactly what I was looking for! I have a Shibata Koutetsu as a main knife but I needed something smaller for certain tasks. It was mandatory for me to have enough knuckle clearence and the possibility to work comfortable in hand or in the cutting board. I found this little gyuto just perfect. The attention was top. I'm not from Toronto and the guy who helped me out even took some of his time to recomend me a few places to eat in the city.
