I recently purchased a dining table set along with bedroom furniture including a bed frame, nightstand, and chest from Jerome’s Furniture, and overall very happy with the experience. The furniture looks great, feels sturdy, and matches my home perfectly. The dining set especially gets compliments from guests. The delivery and setup process went smoothly, and the staff was professional and helpful throughout the process. They delivered to us first thing in the morning. They set up the furniture carefully and with ease as my home has several flight of stairs. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase and would definitely consider shopping at Jerome’s Furniture again.

The delivery was all screwed up. I added a "pick up" of our old couches, but when the delivery guys came, they said they only deliver, but they don't pick up. So we had to get our neighbors' sons to help us get the old couches outside. Thank goodness they wanted the couches for themselves. What a mess. Jeromes said they got my request for the pick up, but forget to take care of entering the pick up in to their system. Unbelievable.

The delivery was right on time ,Boys did their job quickly , moved the Couch where we wanted it Great job. We buy from you MANY -MANY times ( over 60 years )

I have been very disappointed in the communication with customer service. I am missing 2 pieces for a large furniture order. We just moved to a new home a week ago and my child doesn’t have slats for her bed and we are missing a glass table for our media console. In addition, it took over a day and a half to hear back about a concern regarding damage to the center console.

Very happy with the King sized bedroom set we just purchased. Quality is good at a decent price & service at the store in San Diego (Danny Lopez) was excellent including follow up… Delivery was ok but they had had to be reminded 3 times to be careful with unpacking the boxes as they kept hitting artwork …. Would have been an expensive accident….
