The delivery people broke the pot at my door, put it together back and left all the dirt at the entrance. I've found out next day when the HOA called me to clean the mess. Shame in Jerome's service.
Byron was the absolute best. He was super friendly and helpful with me obtaining all of my items and made the shopping process easy.
Looks great but the craftsmanship is not the best and the sliding doors get stock in the tracks
Still waiting on two ottomans. One was supposed to be delivered with the sofas, the other a week later. We did not get the first ottoman and now no one knows when they will be here. Everything is done via text messaging, very unsatisfactory.

Had to wait several weeks for delivery but all furniture nicely installed and great addition to our room.

There is little or no truth as to the representation of what Jerome's Furniture desire for customers, I was told a few things at the time of purchase but not much truth I now have regrets. I was given warranty papers with sign Doc's on my way out the door. I've shopped Macy's and Living spaces and was satisfied with the service and product My wife bought the warranty, and Andy Dixion said my chair could be repaired but he can't do it . 562 8334206
FRAUD! DISHONESTY! LIARS! CROOKS! THIEVES are just few of the words that come to mind. Jerome's Furniture sold me a lemon leather couch. The couch is rarely used, has headrest covers, armrest covers, and a blanket on it, it is lightly/gently used in a home with two adults business professionals over 40. The color is coming off the couch, even in areas the body doesn't touch. I reached out to Jerome's and they ignored me and refused to help me. Leather products are not supposed to behave this way. I should know. I've owned leather couches my entire life. Today I receive an email telling me to go pound sand, that they won't help me, even though I was told over the phone that the couch is an "onion" and sometimes that happens in the manufacturing process and they would fix it. LIES! I will be following up with legal on this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JEROME'S.

Not happy at all with the uneven back of the sofa and I was never told this is how it is until I called to report it
Poor customer service and an iron clad no-exchange policy
We got a sale, based on how much we spent, but it was limited to a few hundred dollars, which felt a bit like being penalized for spending more than other people. The delivery people went above and beyond taking off the bottoms to get it into the room I wanted it in. The couch itself is excellent.
I am disappointed. Ready for the constant inconveniences to be over and rectified.

I love Jerome's! The staff is friendly and helpful and kind. This last visit, I purchased a recliner and an end table. The recliner fits perfectly for my body and the whole process explained . . . all the options. Helped me feel well informed about my purchase!
I love the chair, works great. Can’t wait to get my other one I ordered.
