Comfortable mattrees It sleeps warmer than I expected.

customer service was top-notch

Great Salesman! Answered all my questions and was very helpful!

Salesman made it quick and easy, even carried some stuff to my car for me. I think his name was Aaron. I am still trying to figure out how the charge it up against my bank account and not my credit card since I gave him my credit card, but it doesn’t matter.

Good

Noah went a live and beyond. Called to tell me there was a good sale for the mattress and I ended up buying two Plus a big Book shelve he knew I was searching. Great experience

Great service from Joe. Fast delivery. N I w my place looks great with my beautiful dining set and sofa

I bought 2 chair on sale on line - without trying them first. I have always loved Jeromes so I thought it would be ok. But I recieved 2 good looking chairs but they are very uncomfortable chairs do to the massage device in the back area. I do not use. I should return them.

Very happy with my purchase ☺️

Horrible customer service. I had been emailing Bryan Sierra on status of my order, which took a month to Danny get the furnature. After I put together, I noticed I had been given a damaged able top. I emailed m, Bryan Sierra, and informed him of the damage the same day I picked up the furniture and have been completely ignored. I will never shop at Jerome’s again.

Michan is my favorite saleswoman. She does not pressure you to make a decision. The loveseat is beautiful

Great customer service

Love my new sofa table! I was lucky it was in stock so I got at the very next day after visiting Jerome's!

I got a good deal on my recliner. It is everything I expected. Delivery was worth the fee. They were quick, communicated well, and tidy up after setting up.

Very uncomfortable and i gave them away and brought another one from Bobs Furniture and it was amazing comfortable and price was ok I brought yours for 1199. 00 love seat free never again

First off, there are no blue fabric options. Every other store I have seen has blue options. Overall there are very few color choices for any of the ones they carry. Secondly, it appears they don't have any storage ones. Third, they don't have many square footprints and most exceed 18 inches tall. Other vendors offer many different heights.

beautiful chest and nightstand

The bed frame was excellent quality, easy to assemble and a good price. Highly recommended!! And the sales person was super nice. Thank you for quality in these days of not so much
