The (6) Soundwave sofa remote batteries we purchased (for approx. $2,000) are inadequate with substandard battery life. They deplete quickly even after a full charge. They constantly emit an annoying LOUD BEEP when they are depleted, forcing us to recharge them constantly. We were told the battery life was 3-6 mos. on a full charge. That is obviously inaccurate and misleading advertisement. We are greatly disappointed with this issue.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the so-called white glove bed delivery service from Jerome’s Furniture. The delivery was coordinated, but unprofessional, and fell far short of what anyone would reasonably expect from a service marketed as “white glove. ” The delivery team lacked attention to detail, did not handle the furniture with care, and failed to provide the level of setup, cleanliness, and customer service that the term implies. Communication was minimal, and concerns raised during delivery were not addressed in a meaningful way. When customers pay extra for white glove service, they expect professionalism, respect for their home, and a seamless experience. Unfortunately, this delivery felt rushed, careless, and disorganized—essentially basic delivery at a premium price.

Saleman was pleasant enough for sure. The product turned out to be a disappoinment.
Shipping was great, fast and the 1 error that happened during transit was corrected in a timely manner. Great job
