Service was helpful for the most part
The delivery and set up was great. the satff handled my item with care.
Disappointed with guidance on a major purchase We recently purchased a split California King Tempur-Pedic from Jerome’s, and the experience has been frustrating after the sale. In the showroom, the focus was on comfort in specific positions, but we weren’t guided through how the bed would actually function in real-world use. With a split mattress, that matters a lot. Once it was delivered, it became immediately clear that the gap between the two mattresses is significant and that the sides shift apart with normal movement—something that was not demonstrated or explained during the buying process. We reached out the very next day to address the issue, but instead of working toward a practical solution, we were told we had to wait 30 days and would be responsible for substantial restocking fees to make a change—even though we’re simply trying to exchange for a standard (non-split) California King within the same brand. For a purchase at this price point, we expected better guidance upfront and more flexibility when a concern is raised immediately after delivery. At a minimum, customers should be clearly shown how a split mattress behaves in normal use before being guided toward that option.
Great service.
The sofa itself is great. Love the firmness. The reclining and adjustable headrest make it so much more comfortable. The transaction was quick and easy. Mainly because I had already scoped out my options. The sales rep didn’t apply any additional sales pressure which I can appreciate. The delivery time was reasonable. The white gloves setup was quick, but this is where the only two issues I have come in. Not sure if it’s a product defect or assembly issue but there is a sizable gap between two of the sections. I’m gonna have to figure that part out I guess. Second issue is when the delivery guys unwrapped the parts in the apartment driveway they left a bunch of pieces of styrofoam and the red bags that the hardware and papers come in all blowing around the driveway. I knew that was from my delivery. I cleaned up most of the what I could see. However I did get a notice from the apt mgr about the mess that was left. That wasn’t cool. Otherwise the sofa is not at fault. It’s a comfy sofa and perfect fit for my smaller apartment.
The sales person and the team were very helpful.
My furniture was delivered. It was not assembled properly. I had to call Jerome‘s back up. They ignored me. I can’t believe the service I’m getting from Jerome’s.

Came damaged. We reported on delivery and were told it would get replaced with a new one.

Working with Jeromes was great. No high pressure, informative conversations, easy check out.
My bedroom furniture was scheduled to be delivered on 4/3/26, but when the delivery guy showed up he said they forgot a part and therefore they would not be able to set up the bed. So they set up the dresser and dropped off the mattress. They returned on 4/07/26 to deliver the rest.
very comfy couches and delivery people were very nice and helpful.
I love the couch but the fumes coming out of it is making me feel sick.
