The showroom with Fernando sales person was great, a very surprised that the delivery team did not recognize the damage on the loveseat. My daughter that was at home working from home was on a phone conference, and when she got off the phone, she saw the damages on the loveseat, I definitely would like to have an exchange

In our twenty-two years of marriage, we have never bought new couches. It has always been used or hand-me-downs. Today we went to Jerome’s to check out their buy one sofa get one love seat free. We were a little apprehensive about going furniture shopping because we had heard that furniture salespeople could be very sharky. But that was not what we experienced at all. Erick E. was very kind and helpful but gave us absolutely no pressure. He showed us where to look but then gave us space to explore and decide. He was a true gentleman who made the entire experience wonderful. He shared information on their very affordable furniture care protection plan without being pushy. When he placed our order, we said we wanted the end table, so he gave us one. We later specified that we wanted two, but the fact that he did only one rather than two shows that he was not a high pressure salesman. In the check out office, James helped us with check out and was very helpful in explaining the various prices and the total. He helped us get a delivery date right away as well as our pick up date. From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience and are so excited about our new furniture. Ever since I was a little girl, I have seen Jerome’s commercials on TV. I was so happy to be able to go and take my business to this local business. We will definitely go to Jerome’s again and work with Erik for our future furniture needs. In addition the pick up of our old furniture went very well as did the delivery of our new furniture. Leo and Osvaldo were very professional and efficient. We love our new furniture.

Love my sales person! Delivery has been HORRIBLE!! Still waiting to set up my bed and sleep in my bed! Waiting for property damage people to call and say how they will rectify the damage that their delivery driver did to our mattress!
