Everything was great. Very happy.

Exceptional customer service

I received the couch 2 weeks ago. So far, so good. It is very comfortable. I was originally told it wouldn’t be available until 6 weeks after I purchased but it came almost a month early, hurray. We will see how it holds up over time but so far, so good

The quality and value of the bed and the in-store customer service was excellent (5-star) but the team that delivered the bed was unprofessional, discourteous, rude, and uncooperative. They embarrassed themselves and Jerome’s by their poor behavior and demeanor.

everything perfect

Everyone has been great to work with but the furniture has been broken or wrong every time it’s been delivered.

Not happy with black color but did not have many colors to choose from. Quality was top of the line and elastic corner fasteners make for an easy and tight fit on the four corners of bed.

Good quality

We love our soft it fits great with our space

It was $75 to have the picture shipped to my house so I had it shipped to the store instead. Pick up was easy.

Very comfortable, very sturdy, and I’m very satisfied with the dining set.

The metal frame works perfectly. Elvis was such a big help.

I love my couch!

The sales personal took the time with us. And helped us pick the right furniture for our home.

Great price

No issues

Decided to replace our couch set for our living room with the Trinton. Everyone LOVES the couch! My kids absolutely love and and so do all of their friends. It makes a a super comfortable couch and is perfect to sit on or to fully lounge and lay down on as well. A lot of family came over recently for 4th of July as well and everyone loved sitting and lounging on it watching World Cup. The ottoman is super comfortable as well and works perfectly for additional seating when not using to kick up your feet. This couch is great and family approved!
