Right on time. Smooth & quick

I purchased the bed and frame, which showed a bed with headboard footboard and frame, however only the lower portion of the frame came. When I called customer service they told me that the headboard and frame is sold separate. I purchased this bed for my 83 year old mother and due to the bed just resting on the frame it’s unsafe for her to get into bed. The mattress slides off the frame.
