We had a couple of items on back order but everyone was great. Delivery times worked well for us.
The sleeper sofa was perfect for out tall visitors. As a sofa it is very easy for everyone including friends who have mobility challenges to stand up after sitting. . . . . Your staff in the store and the delivery crew deserve high marks for answering all questions, listening to the customer, knowledge of the product, offering a very fair price, patience and no arm twisting.

My house is Jeromes and I love it all.
This is the most UNCOMFORTABLE couch I have ever owned. I have Lupus, ratings said it was comfortable, it hurts to sit on it, no support at all. Feels like bouncy springs below me. Is there anything you can do to help? I can verify my health condition. I have been disabled since 2001. I would gladly buy something else from your store.

Service was very good and professional.
Everything came damaged every time it has been delivered. And it’s been delivered to the time whey want, I have to be off work those days.
Purchased another mattress which we loved. Upon getting the mattress and box to Arizona from Sam Marcos, CA, we found the box to be defective. Very disappointing.
Unacceptable service, very bad. My purchase was delivered twice damaged and I went back to the location to see what was going on with the third replacement and I still haven’t received a call regarding the replacement. I’m very disappointed and feeling ignored, frustration and very upset this problem has been going on for two weeks my grand daughter can not even enjoy her new room because I’m afraid if she gets on it something else might go wrong. I will not refer this location to no one. Poor service and very disappointing and don’t know if I should take this matter into the laws hands at this point.
