Best mattress we’ve ever slept on cooling technology works as advertised and the adjustable base takes it to another level we’ve always had memory foam thinking they’re the same not even remotely close!!!

Got a refund. We were told it was available suddenly it wasnt so had to wait for it to ship. Then we it arrived it was damaged so again had to wait for another one. . . . arrived damaged AGAIN! so we got a refund (which they begged us not to do that they would check it this time. . . . . . umm shouldn't you do that anyway. . . . ) then ordered one off Amazon that arrived quickly and in great condition. We will not be buying for Jerome again.

Had an issue with 2 drawers that didn’t close properly. Jerome’s sent a couple of repair guys to fix and… they did. One of the drawers still stick and doesn’t properly close all the time.

My wife and I absolutely LOVE these chairs! Very easy to use and adjust! Highly recommended!
