Selection was just ok. The delivery time frame was 4 weeks later then told, which was really upsetting. Service at the store to buy was good, because they wanted us to buy. Delivery guys were absolutely wonderful. We are still waiting on one of our pieces and its been over a month now.

I purchased a set of family figurines. The sales associate had nothing to wrap the figurines in. She placed them in a canvas Jerome's bag but the figurines could have been chipped as they rubbed together. I'm not sure why the store would sell accent pieces yet have no way to package them to avoid damage. There was no paper the figurines could have been wrapped in. I was very disappointed.

I spent over an hour ordering the bed for delivery and set up. The former bed was broken and needed to be disassembled and hauled away. I was informed that Jerome's would not haul, but was not informed that they would not disassemble or move the broken bed. This process wasted 4 people's time over the course of several days. I am still waiting for the white glove delivery credit since white delivery did not happen.

Kat was very helpful and professional. She made the buying process effortless and stress free.
