We came in looking for the Belmont Bar, and the sales associate took us straight to it. At first, we were a little put off by the lack of cars in the parking lot and wondered if the furniture quality would be disappointing because there weren’t many customers. Boy, were we wrong! The sales associate was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products in the store, answered all of our questions, and provided every detail we needed to make an informed decision. The entire purchasing process was quick, easy, and efficient. We had a great shopping experience from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding, and we highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional service.

Great bed. Btw this survey app is not user friendly. Tried to fill out in yahoo. . . . can't write Revew Title or a Review. Writing this with backup Gmail and it didn't display the stars selection like I saw on yahoo. Good luck on getting people to Review. But love our bed.

Workers who delivered sofa were very good about installing the sofa albeit the entrance to apt was narrow. Sofa was comfortable to sleep on.

Absolutely love this Jeromes! The employees are friendly and answer all our questions. We love that they great us when we walk in, tell us the special deals and savings areas then let us walk around and shop. They don't hassle you for a sale and we call them over when we are ready. We purchased couches, rugs and a coffee table here and just recently bought a dining room table set. We will be back again to buy a bed room set.

Salesman assured us a chair would arrive within a week. It took over 3 weeks. Delivery service was terrible. No one called the day before to advise time. Received recorded message on day of delivery at 7am they would be there in 12 minutes. Delivery men did not assemble chair properly. Delivery supervisor assured me he would fix it next morning at 8am. He never showed or called. I called him. He then sent someone to the wrong address. Eventually he sent someone who fixed the chair. Not a good experience!

The cough is nice, but it’s too short. I love the desk.

Everybody, I came into contact with at Jeromes from Myron the sales manager at the Marena Boulevard store to Jon, Jessica and the delivery people were courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Jeromes if you want good furniture at a fair price and good advice from the people who sell it and service you. Jerome's deserved of a five star review and I will certainly recommend the company to friends and shop there again.
