Sofa set was beautiful! Dining set was not as advertised and came damaged from manufacture dissatisfied to say the least. I certainly was not expecting to pay for damaged goods and have to wait for replacement repair.

Neat and clean. Quick and easy. Came in, set-up, and answered all our questions. Great experience.

The product was damaged upon arrival. We were disappointed even thought we don’t know how, when, or where the damage occurred. We like the store and have shopped with Jerome’s for a number of years now. This was our first bad experience.

Very good lamp, Only regrets are some dents on a shade and on base, however.

I ordered these chairs on October 4th, thinking they would arrive in plenty of time for the holidays. Unfortunately they didn’t get here until just before New Year’s, so nearly three months waiting. I had to contact Jerome’s several times for any kind of an update but never got a clear answer until they were literally ready to be delivered. The delivery guys were very quick and efficient, cleaned up and were out in less than fifteen minutes. The chairs themselves are okay, but the arms are so low as to be extremely uncomfortable to sit in without rolling up a blanket or something for support. Overall I would not make this purchase again.

This review would be a 10 but the two missing pieces that has taken almost two weeks and three e-mails and still haven't received the missing pieces. I finally rec'd an e-mail mentioning they will Fed-X the parts. The delivery guys said I'd receive a call the day of delivery but it took two weeks.

Seamless process from finding what we were looking for to purchasing them and delivery and assembly. Hassle free everything. Highly recommend!!!

3 deliveries and 3 broken or scratched tables, difficult to reach Jerome's staff, Still waiting on 4th delivery and can never a get a return call. I even was disconnected after being on hold for 50 mins with customer service.
