We first visited Jerome‘s a few months ago while shopping for a sectional couch for our new home. Once we had moved in we came back and asked for the same associate who helped us before and that was Wild Bill and he was very good at helping us find exactly what we needed helped us coordinate the delivery and took care of everything. Highly recommend Gerome‘s furniture and highly recommend Wild Bill.

The charging station does not charge your phone. False advertisement over heats the phones. Charges super slow and is not what I was told.

Amazing

Very update with the sales rep, Rocky. The second couch was delivered after the first I purchased. It came with no legs. I had to contact Jerome’s to let them know and still have not received the legs. Overall I’m extremely disappointed and will more than likely not purchase from Jerome’s again!

Perfect size for my small living space. Just more padding on the arms is all it needs. I’m very pleased.

When practicing the two queen beds were promised white glove delivery and installation , The guys that showed up to our house left scuff marks on our wall and didn’t finish the installation completely the bedframe and the headboard had missing screws. Luckily, I found a couple of the screws that they left behind that they said were extra and obviously were not and had to complete most of them myself. They’re were missing screws and obviously we’re not “extra” and had to complete most of them myself. They’re still missing screws and areas were, they didn’t screw the bed and completely. They also left chipped areas in the back of the bed. Very poor drop off and install installation. I can’t believe we paid for this service. I should have done it myself.

I recently had a great experience purchasing a mattress and box spring at Jerome’s. The saleswoman was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She didn’t hurry the process of selecting the right bed for my needs. I’ve had the bed for a week now and have enjoyed the most restful sleep in years. Thanks, Jerome’s!
