Because of furniture delivered without leg protection

I bought 4 sectional pieces. The couches are amazing once I received the entire correct package. The sectionals were delivered the first time with one incorrect color. The next time they delivered the wrong side. On the third and last delivery they finally got it right. Recommended.

There are no words next to the buttons on this document asking me to rate this product just a column of buttons. This supports my opinion of you poor workmanship when you can't even accurately produce a rating document! The recliner was delivered on May 14, 2026. Not even a month has passed and already the workmanship is less than expected. The chair was delivered with a large pucker in the seat seam. The seat part of the recliner was replaced. How did it get delivered to a customer with that flaw?? Now the seat has lost its integrity making it difficult to get out of the recliner. I'm having surgery in a month and will have to purchase another recliner!! Also, starting about a week ago, every time I recline, the spring screeches. What's next???

If could go back in time, would buy elsewhere. Not impressed

horrible sofas, bad quality, recliners don't close right cheap material.

Poor delivery and assembly. All of my drawers are misaligned and the delivery driver rushed me to sign multiple times so I couldn't properly inspect my funiture.

Should not make promises you can’t keep rather you tell the truth on lead time second time ordering and lead time was triple what was told makes a difference if planning to something.

The sofa was deliever on time and deliverers did a great job. We love the sofa!

Perfect for watching the world cup with family

Sales portion of the experience was great. Unfortunately one of the bought pieces came in damaged. Was a light of a process finding a solution but we got it all figured out.
