First class service from in-store to delivery communication, very happy all round.

Never going back to my cheap Kmart lounge chair. The quality is unmatched. My guests run to this chair, it’s so comfortable and roomy. So happy we picked this up on their sale. Also came slightly earlier than preorder date, bonus!

This is the second purchase that we have made from Sleeping Giant. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend you visit Sleeping Giant when you require bed, mattress or furniture for you bedroom needs.

This sofa is the perfect colour (chestnut) for my 3 young boys to jump on and doesn't show any dirt. Hasn't pilled or shown any issues in the few months we've had it. We do experience quite a few feathers coming out which I feel could be improved and we definitely need to fluff up and rotate the feathers regularly. The only disappointment is having bright white zips that you can see on all of the pillows. I know you can colour match the YKK zips and for the price you pay for this, I would've expected a truly 'invisible' zip as the lapped zipper flap doesn't conceal them. However, the function and service in store by Samantha at Robina was top notch (after being brushed off on two occasions by the other staff and prioritising older customers who I imagine thought they would make a sale from).

Great customer service. Second to none.

Good general customer service although I found shipping/ delivery comms really difficult

The sales people were really lovely, they got a little confused with delivery dates but overall great service.

This lounge is built for comfort as well as style. The higher back is rare and offers more head support unlike a lot of other shorter lounges. The forest green is very nice and good for long term use although we also purchased fabric protection option.

Very warm and friendly staff

I am m happy with my interactions with the staff

Great shopppng experience all round.

Very helpful at the store, on the phone and email correspondence. Was my first purchase at Sleeping Giant and it won't be my last for sure! Thanks, fellas!

Customer service exceptional, delivery on time even though a bit late in the day.

customer service amazing and delivery was well instructed.

shopping experience was great the staff member Nicole was wonderful so much we bought other things in store

Both the delivery guys were very helpful and professional in their service.

Very quick delivery, delivery guys were great.

It was hard to get in the lounge room so they left it in the hallway and we had to unpack it and lift and manoeuvre it ourselves into place. And we paid $130 for that.

Great purchase
