My husband and I enjoy coming back to James Lane Furniture Kotara store. We not only love the fabulous furniture and displays but the staff are really lovely. In particular Kathryn whom has been serving me for years now. She always remembers us and is so friendly and can’t do enough to help us. Thank-you Kathryn and James Lane! I’m coming back to buy more goodies for my home soon!

Lovely couch for the first year or so. Incredibly uncomfortable now. Contacted James Lane who offered a full replacement and then made it impossible to go through with it without it costing an arm and a leg for shipping

I was so excited to get this, and when it arrived, one of the drawer holes was completely skewed and uneven. Not the actual drawer, but the actual cutout for it. Could not be bothered to return it as it was such a job to get it in and unboxed etc. Beware!
