Every aspect of our new lounge has been perfect. The sales associate that we dealt with was so helpful and patient. The delivery was smooth and the drivers were friendly and efficient. I would have given 5 stars but there’s a very hard and sharp piece on one of the edges of the rug and it’s borderline dangerous. It is physically within the rug so I can’t see or remove whatever it is. Otherwise it’s a beautiful rug and lovely and soft :)

I purchased the wooden chain to display on my table. The quality is quite poor as the wood has not been sealed. Consequently, the wood has gone mouldy.

This is a very comfortable mattress. It didn’t take any time to ‘break in’ and was comfy from the start and still is!!
