Shipping was fast , retail staff were friendly. It was easy purchase

Friendly staff , had a slight issue with mix up in order but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful to rectify everything. Would recommend store and products to anyone .

quick delivery as promise and so glad I bought this mattress, it's so comfy and firm to support my back

Comfortable and relax

Great service

"Mary was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience, and the mattress she recommended has genuinely eased my back pain - I'm waking up comfortable for the first time in years. "

great company

Friendly service very happy with bed and mattress

My experience at the shop was frustrating. The sales lady quoted me a price for the base, but when I returned to buy it, she said there'd been a mistake and the price was higher. That was disappointing. When the base and mattress arrived, I decided against assembly since I thought it would be straightforward. But I couldn't fit the cover around the base; it simply didn't fit at all. I had to tear the side just to make it work. I've bought from Sleeping Giant twice before and been happy, but this time the experience wasn't great.

Had such a good experience when purchasing our bedframe and mattress the lady that assisted us (sorry i didn’t catch her name) was super helpful and very professional. All went smoothly and was delivered the following week!

Great place decent prices, just super slow on delivery for colours you want, 3 months wait...

Works great sleeps good

Great service. Received one cushion that was the wrong colour. Very quickly rectified by customer service.

The service from the people in the Maroochydore James Lane store was excellent. They helped us with choosing the right size, shape and colour for our home. Once the sofa was made the delivery people also did a great job in bringing it up stairs. I was also very easy to put on the legs and fit the two pieces together - then enjoy the sofa! A great experience from start to finish.

Lack of information regarding the unwrapping of the mattress - was more difficult than advised

Customer service was awesome

Great service. Helpful and kept me up to date with delivery process.
