I would highly recommend sleeping giant. Instore staff so helpful. The delivery service brilliant. I was notified of the estimated time of delivery the day before. And on the day of delivery a tracker was sent to my phone. Would purchase at Castle Hill again.

Very good service from the Alexandria Store - we do not speak English. The Salesperson, Eddie - was patient with us in our selection of a very good Somerset mattress.

This is the second time I’ve purchased from SG and there will be a third. The tracking system is awesome and both sets of delivery drivers we have had were so polite, efficient and took care to unpack and remove everything. The quality is very solid and I’m a very happy repeat customer.

Bought an A&S mattress from Sleeping Giant Castle Hill. Great service and advice in the shop. Delivery service was excellent. Kept me informed of expected time and service was quick. Used the Sleeping Giant collection and recycle service for our old mattress.
