Salesman was extremely helpful could not say the same for management standing around not helping customers just leaving it for the one Salesman 🙄

The staff were helpful and knew exactly what to show me based on what I described as my preferences. They were incredibly patient while I waited to be able to move into my new house, touching base with me for regular updates but never appying any pressure fro me to take delivery. The delivery and installation were seamless and efficient. I was extremely impressed by my whole experience with Sleeping Giant and its personnel.

Very friendly and attentive staff the young gentleman that served me was only new but he was very enthusiastic. I just wished you had one up at Coffs Harbour where I come from.

I found the Art & Science Queen Windsor Mattress much larger than my previous Mattress. Compared to Industry Standard it was 4cm longer and a little wider. Therefore it is a tight squeeze into the Queen wooden frame bed I have. This results in none of my fitted sheets fitting the mattress, and there is no room to tuck in the sheets or blankets. I also found the mattress much heavier than my previous mattress.

Incredibly happy with product and delivery. Delivery driver (I believe Chris was his name) and colleague were incredibly efficient and brought the furniture inside when they didn’t have to. They took extra care to ensure nothing was damaged.
