Great service in store and delivery

I bought a sofa from the nunawading store. I was told it would take 4 weeks to deliver. Instead it took more than 3 months. They were not at all transparent with information regarding delivery times. To make things worse when it was delivered it was in the wrong orientation to what we asked for. I was very clear with the salesperson as to what we wanted and questioned the orientation several times as I got the impression she did not quite understand how the left and right was labeled. Was it from a sitting position? Or looking at it front on position? We never raised this issue as it took them so long to deliver the thing wrong. Who knows how long it would have taken to swap it. Also as I have now seen on Google reviews like many others the feathers are pushing through the fabric. The couch looks nice and felt comfortable at the store but obviously these cheap pricks are not investing any returns into quality products or staff training.
