This sofa is the perfect colour (chestnut) for my 3 young boys to jump on and doesn't show any dirt. Hasn't pilled or shown any issues in the few months we've had it. We do experience quite a few feathers coming out which I feel could be improved and we definitely need to fluff up and rotate the feathers regularly. The only disappointment is having bright white zips that you can see on all of the pillows. I know you can colour match the YKK zips and for the price you pay for this, I would've expected a truly 'invisible' zip as the lapped zipper flap doesn't conceal them. However, the function and service in store by Samantha at Robina was top notch (after being brushed off on two occasions by the other staff and prioritising older customers who I imagine thought they would make a sale from).

The sales people were really lovely, they got a little confused with delivery dates but overall great service.

This lounge is built for comfort as well as style. The higher back is rare and offers more head support unlike a lot of other shorter lounges. The forest green is very nice and good for long term use although we also purchased fabric protection option.
