The people I dealt with in store were very helpful, it is just the delivery and construction of the base that didn’t go according to what I was advised on purchase.

The staff in-store were very helpful and not in the least impatient that we took our time testing out various mattresses. The boys who later delivered the mattress were brilliant, having to move it from the truck through a heavy rainfall and then get it upstairs to the bedroom. Very satisfied with all aspects of my purchase.

The staff were very helpful when deciding what to purchase - the only issue we had is on delivery. One of the bases didn't have the cut in the base to insert the legs. We had to call the store for assistance. We finally were able to able to make the adjustments ourselves to the base to fit the legs.

Our delivery can first thing in the morning around 6:10am. Two men manage to carry 25-45kgs on their own up a curved set of stairs. We were amazed. They were quick, super friendly and got the job done. The bed is amazing. Well built, sturdy and will definitely last years and years. Happy with the purchase and will always recommend. Will also recommend going in store to order. It made the deliver quicker and allowed me to pick a delivery date.
