Staff always friendly

I went in to the show room on Monday and have the new bed all set up on Wednesday. I got exactly what I was looking for in a very quick turn around. Twice now I have gone into the show room, found what I wanted, liked the price but looked in other shops to compare and have ended up back in sleeping giant to buy the first thing I saw. The staff are super friendly and always helpful.

Nightmare to deal with, regarding aftercare, no reflection on the staff working in store, they were amazing to deal with. However issues are dealt with head office, who do not know their right hand from their left hand. Difficult to get on the phone and slow to respond via email. Would not choose to purchase again unless l could pick the item up myself

Live everything it’s all so beautiful just sad I couldn’t get my rug for under my concrete dining table to come with the delivery, so have to cancel it’s not available til April and I can lift my table now

Both staff members were friendly and helpful on the day. We took a long time to decide, and they were very patient throughout. They happily helped us move furniture pieces around the store so we could feel confident we were choosing the right match for our home. We will definitely return to the store in future, as the range of furniture is excellent.
