Overall a good although unavoidably disappointing. We were asked to move our delivery time for another customer, which we had to deny as we were moving into a new home. We were then contacted by a different sales person to say an error had been made and that they had to move our delivery to a later date. To us it seemed abit of the nose to what had actually occurred. We then requested a reduced or removed delivery fee which we were told they would look into with no real response Indicating yes or no. Finally when delivered was told they could assemble for a cash fee… I spent thousands on the couch - much could be improved.
