I was able to order my Mr Cool mini-split units over the phone and the help I received was very friendly. All my questions were answered about the product. I’ve ended up buying two units over the past two weeks for different areas of the house. I’m not the greatest at being the handyman around the house, but the DYI Mr Cool units went in easily and they work as advertised. I will suggest you throughly read the Installation Manuel before you start.

Was recommended this for 1100sqft mobile home. This thing has issues. Had tech out and everything is right, no codes. No air movement. Claiming no returns. By law you have to honor return in 30 days.

Hi. This review is referring to a coupler I needed to complete the installation on a Mr. Cool, DIY system. Service was fantastic and concise. However when ordering extra parts it would be nice to inform the consumer that couplers don't accompany the extra extension components.

Put them in the Top 10 for service and support. I've bought four mini-split AC's from them, have had a couple of problems with the product, but not with IWAE. They've provided great support for every problem.

When i called the company they gave me the best quote I had received. They were friendly and helpful. When I wanted a heater they added it on and it was still less than any other quote received. No taxes no shipping plus a discount promotion they were running. Quick delivery and packed very well. Great experience.

First off I want to start with I'm a guy who is in the maintenance field. I'm not a professional HVAC installer but I know enough to get the job done right with a little help if needed. I chose a diy Install unit. The quotes I was getting for a new unit were crazy to me. That's why I went this route. I called and talked to KENNETH. He was very helpful and never once talked down to me as if I didn't know anything. He helped me with all my questions in a timely manner. I got a quote from a competitor 80 Dollars less but chose these guys mainly because of Kenneth. I just ordered my heat pump so I can't say how the rest will go because I haven't received it yet. I will further review then. As far as Kenneth goes his service was great.
