Good looking equipment can't beat trane shipped fast

Just finished installing the Mr Kool 24k single zone unit on our family room. Works well area is 25 x22.

I was really impressed with the customer service. Rachel in particular, who reached out to, "double verify" that the part I was ordering was correct, by asking for the system serial number. Since the part was non-returnable, I thought that was a great step they took to protect both the purchaser and supplier from making a costly error. Best company to shop HVAC, fast shipping

My first HVAC system from Ingram's lasted almost 14 years. I just replaced it this month with a 3-ton true inverter system along with the pre-charged line set from Mr Cool. My installer had this up and running in a total of a couple hours, including the pre-charge line set. The new system is so quiet, has variable speeds on the fan motor and it's keeping my house steady in 95° weather.

I ordered a 3. 5 ton air handler over the phone and the sales person assured me that it came with a TXV which was why I decided to go with it. When I got it installed and went to charge it there was no TXV. The only thing they offered when I called about it was to tell me that I might could go to a local supply house and buy one. They’re mistake, my problem basically. If you have a problem after the sale they won’t even attempt to make it right. They couldn’t even tell me what size fixed orifice came in it. I had to call Mr Cool directly to get that information. I won’t be buying from them again after this experience.

Shipping was quick and was without incidents. Service was efficient and effective. Website was easy to maneuver and user friendly.

Goodman package unit is fine, arrived quickly and Ingrams support staff was wonderful. The only issue is the site recommended, and I bought, a thermostat that doesn't fit with my unit specs. A little disappointed in that extra cost.
