Great company and I received everything within 3 days to michigan. I called and talked to a sales guy instead of ordering online because I needed help choosing the correct thermostat and other accessories for the furnace. Great and knowledgeable guy. I couldn't be happier installing my first gas furnace and heat pump combo.

This is probably the best vendor I've dealt with in a very very long time and I deal with a major brands directly.

Really great customer support on my recent order of a blower motor for my mini split. Rachel, a Parts Supervisor, reached out before shipping the part to make sure I had ordered the correct motor, because it was non-returnable. It turned out I had not ordered the correct motor. She fixed the situation and my motor arrived shortly thereafter. So rare to have an actual person reach out and double check, saving the customer time and money. Thank you. I haven't yet installed the motor, but I'm very impressed with how you handled the order.
