Hi. This review is referring to a coupler I needed to complete the installation on a Mr. Cool, DIY system. Service was fantastic and concise. However when ordering extra parts it would be nice to inform the consumer that couplers don't accompany the extra extension components.

Put them in the Top 10 for service and support. I've bought four mini-split AC's from them, have had a couple of problems with the product, but not with IWAE. They've provided great support for every problem.

When i called the company they gave me the best quote I had received. They were friendly and helpful. When I wanted a heater they added it on and it was still less than any other quote received. No taxes no shipping plus a discount promotion they were running. Quick delivery and packed very well. Great experience.

First off I want to start with I'm a guy who is in the maintenance field. I'm not a professional HVAC installer but I know enough to get the job done right with a little help if needed. I chose a diy Install unit. The quotes I was getting for a new unit were crazy to me. That's why I went this route. I called and talked to KENNETH. He was very helpful and never once talked down to me as if I didn't know anything. He helped me with all my questions in a timely manner. I got a quote from a competitor 80 Dollars less but chose these guys mainly because of Kenneth. I just ordered my heat pump so I can't say how the rest will go because I haven't received it yet. I will further review then. As far as Kenneth goes his service was great.

From beginning to end, top notch service!!! Couldn’t have had a better one than free :)

First, I want to specifically recognize Victoria. She was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She communicated clearly, stayed on top of the situation, and made sure the correct TXV valve replacement was sent out. Because of her effort, I was able to get my system repaired and my gym back up and running. I genuinely appreciate the way she handled it. That said, I do want to share one concern. While the part itself was covered under warranty, I was still required to pay the shipping and handling for the replacement component. From a customer standpoint, that doesn’t feel consistent with what a warranty should mean. I already had to pay a technician for the labor to install the part, which I understand is normal — but if a component fails under warranty, the replacement part should arrive at no cost to the customer, including shipping. Having to pay shipping on a failed warranted component was disappointing. I’m thankful the issue was ultimately resolved and I do appreciate Victoria’s help, but I hope this feedback is taken seriously and considered for future warranty situations. Aside from that concern, the support and communication were very good.
