I've read positive reviews And I read Negative comments but I will say this as a contractor that works with this company almost on a daily that they sell quality equipment built with quality material at a decent price with a great warranty their customer service is second to none Kenneth and the whole crew we'll go above and beyond just make sure their customers are satisfied. This is probably the best vendor I've dealt with in a very very long time and I deal with a major brands directly.

Really great customer support on my recent order of a blower motor for my mini split. Rachel, a Parts Supervisor, reached out before shipping the part to make sure I had ordered the correct motor, because it was non-returnable. It turned out I had not ordered the correct motor. She fixed the situation and my motor arrived shortly thereafter. So rare to have an actual person reach out and double check, saving the customer time and money. Thank you. I haven't yet installed the motor, but I'm very impressed with how you handled the order.

Ingram’s was very helpful in helping us to decide what size mini split we needed and which one. They were also available when we had some questions with the install. All around it was a great experience!

Everything went very smoothly for the purchase. The sales associate went out of her way to answer my phone calls and help me on several occasions. The delivery went fine and was quick. It did not seem like there was any issue when I received the units. No damage to the boxes were noted. The reason for the 3 stars was because when my technician installed it, he shared the following: "Either the unit got dropped somewhere along the way or they messed up in the factory with the blower wheel. It was misaligned and dragging the housing during the start up. " My technician was able to fix it and get the unit running, however to pay $4000 and not be able to claim a problem is not ok. I was informed that unless there was damage to the box, there wasn't a way to return or exchange the unit. So there is nothing that can be done for a unit that is damaged/defective.

karen from damage claims was fantastic and their prodocts and customer service is great but unfortunatly a couple of the companies they use to deliver interstate have a lot to be disired except for the company old dominion which was great,i would purchase from them again and their pricing is the best out there
