Actually, the first two units I bought are great. I installed a 9btu unit in my 300 square foot apartment and a 3 zone unit in my friends house. Both are great. However, I’m still waiting for the 2 zone and 3 zone units for my main house. Holidays slowing things up. I’m sure they will be worthy of a five
