I ordered a 3. 5 ton air handler over the phone and the sales person assured me that it came with a TXV which was why I decided to go with it. When I got it installed and went to charge it there was no TXV. The only thing they offered when I called about it was to tell me that I might could go to a local supply house and buy one. They’re mistake, my problem basically. If you have a problem after the sale they won’t even attempt to make it right. They couldn’t even tell me what size fixed orifice came in it. I had to call Mr Cool directly to get that information. I won’t be buying from them again after this experience.

Shipping was quick and was without incidents. Service was efficient and effective. Website was easy to maneuver and user friendly.

Goodman package unit is fine, arrived quickly and Ingrams support staff was wonderful. The only issue is the site recommended, and I bought, a thermostat that doesn't fit with my unit specs. A little disappointed in that extra cost.

The customer support team and technician were very helpful. I experienced some bad luck with a manufacturing issue related to the EC blower motor, which left me without air conditioning until the new motor arrived. They assisted me in contacting Trane, and I was able to get a replacement for the motor.

The people at Ingrams are extremely helpful and fun to work with. Shipment arrived in less than a week. Two different carriers on different days which was strange. Installation was straightforward. Used YouTube videos for some clarification. I live in Southwest Florida so cooling is my major concern. This unit is awesome. I use this unit to replace a 2 ton central AC. There is a learning curve and they work differently. The instructions that came with the unit are not very helpful in this matter. I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants to install their own AC. I will probably be buying from them again in a few months.
