Excellent. . I must clarify I have not had equipment installed yet, but I assume all will be excellent after. Packaging, communication, and load off truck all great! Able to bring 3 large Pallets of equipment down my driveway with the electric fork lift and put in my garage.

This company exceeded standards for customer service - by a long ways. I ordered a part. Company contacted me because the part is nonrefundable. They wanted to make sure the part fit my model before they sent it. They asked me for the model number and serial number. They checked the numbers, confirmed the fit, and had the part mailed the same day. I don't know of any other company who cares enough about their customer to do this. Thank you, Ingram's!

While a little frustrating, the process of ordering the correct part was very good. However, this could have been handled better by having Model and Serial number and part name to search for the correct part instead of having to go through the lengthy process. An associate could then be alerted so they could then contact to ensure correct part was ordered.

Great information on the site helped me make the right selection. RunTru system by Trane is running great even in this twilight zone weather in the Texas Panhandle. . . heat one day, a/c the next, followed by heat again. Shipped quickly and accurately. Everything works as expected.
