18k 22seer diy mini split was a breeze to install. First time purchase and was very nervous when ordered but it came securely packaged in pristine condition. It took about a week I believe to get my unit. Instructions were thorough step by step and easy to follow along. Probably took 2 hours to install after unboxing.
