In July 2025 we were renovating a 150 year old house located only 16 feet from a stream. We had poured concrete footings and foundation walls under the house, and the concrete was cured. But our trenches were still open when a big thunder storm come through and flooded the area. The cellar filled with 5 feet of water and the 45 year old furnace was completely covered. The furnace stayed covered for 4 months. The stream had blown out a channel in the 3 foot sand layer between the stream and house. It took 4 months to find where the water was coming in, sand bag it, clear out the porous material until we reached clay, then pack clay in the channel, and finally stop the flooding. But there was no hope for the furnace. But there was IWAE (Ingram's Water & Air Equipment). We had decided to make a utilities room on the first floor which hadn't been flooded and to put a new downflow furnace there. And IWAE had the perfect furnace for us, a Trane 120,000 btu gas furnace which could operate in any orientation (upflow/downflow/horizontal left/horizontal right). IWAE's customer support team went to work, checked on furnace availability, located the base plate needed for a downflow furnace, located a recommended piping fitting for downflow furnaces, and arranged for shipping. There were no problems, no delays, no employees with bad attitudes. You could hear in their voices, IWAE's people wanted to help you and they did. I highly recommend IWAE as a place with quality products, customer oriented management, and professional knowledgeable employees, where you will be highly satisfied and come back.

Thought I was buying first quality faulty valve on ac ending up having installer replace refrigerant and labor they did send new valve NC I incurred extra 800 dollars to replace very unhappy

When I received the unit and looked at the installation manual I thought maybe I was I should not be trying this. Then I watched different videos of actual installation of a MR COOL DIY 18000 BTU and it became clear to me. The lines are color coordinated and the after unboxing the unit it was clear to me how this unit should be installed. Installation went well and when I connected the lines I checked for leaks with a soap and water mix and found none. I am now waiting for an electrician to hook up power.
