Your company sent me breakers that were internally damaged. Waiting for a full refund! The damaged breakers took out most of the control board. Ingraham's doesn't feel they are responsible. ???
TOOK ALMOST 2 MONTHS TO GET THE PARTS I NEEDED. PACKAGING, THOUGH GOOD MATERIALS, WAS VERY POORLY PLACED IN BOX. PARTS COULD HAVE BEEN BADLY DAMAGED AS AIRBAGS WERE BROKEN (AND TOO FEW) AND FOAM NOT SECURED SO IT WAS NOT PROTECTING THE PARTS UPON DELIVERY.

Great customer service. Kenny was great. My critique is with the site itself, I wish it had an option for Condenser/Evap without a furnace or air handler. Or if you select a condenser or evap, it shows what the recommended co unit is.

Smooth transaction. Item arrived on time and undamaged. I bought a Mr. Cool coupler and it installed with no problems. I couldn’t find just the coupler except at Ingrams. All of the other places had a kit that I didn’t need. So glad I found one here.

Ingrams Water and Air Equipment is awesome. I got the mini split I wanted and received it very quickly. I had an issue with a small part that was broken on it when I received it and they shipped out a replacement for that part in no time. Wonderful customer service and pricing. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service from live person who spoke English and you could understand from the USA. I actually cancelled my order from another vendor because they delayed sending out order to ask if I needed a Line Set ( which I did not or I would have ordered when I placed the order ) and could not get me to a live person that was knowledgeable enough to answer some technical product specification questions. The Ingrams Water & Air Rep was able to get me the answer I was looking for and the unit was delivered in 2 days!!. Their price was actually better, Great Customer Service and Prompt Delivery, I would highly recommend and will return for future needs. Rich in North Carolina
