Return policy needs to change. If you are in the online business and charging hundreds of dollars for scanners. Returns and exchanges need to be free. Unsatisfactory to have clients pay to return items.

Great product with more in-depth functions than the 5610 I already have. I called to verify that the Facebook deals I was getting were legit, and then purchased via that method. I was not in favor of having to purchase via 'SHOP', and being directed to download the APP to track the order, which I didn't do. However, I did receive shipping updates after it was shipped. The purchase offered a sale price, which was nice, and supposedly included an extended warranty, which I did receive an Email verifying the warranty. The order included a tire pressure gauge, but that has not arrived yet. I have done checks on two vehicles, and am vary happy with what the 7111 can do.

at the moment it is a one star the tool did not work right out of the box would not communicate and connect with the tablet had to send it back and now im waiting to hear from them. they received it back on 2/17/26

It works great , But I bought a 440 scanner just before I SD , I didn't see it till after I bought it. Would like to return it if possible. Never been used. Got it just a couple days before I bought tablet. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

New out of the box and It is stuck on language screen. The buttons do not work. Please refund my money and take this garbage back.

Unable to get tech support on the phone or through chat. No reply yet from customer service regarding return policy I order model 5610 for 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser but the ECU communication not working device says not compatible

Slow response time, no one answers the phone, when you get a response you don’t get information you need to provide to make the process fast and efficient. Provide a log…. Need more information…. What information do you need? How can I help you help me!!!

I love the scanner but I’m going to upgrade to the 5610 soon it gives a lot of options and information

So far no issues everything looks good. I tried to do as much of my own work as I can. I think the scanner is gonna help me a lot.

Easy to shop the online store. Shipping was fast, pay,ent was easy. No problems. innove has the best run online store I’ve used in quite some time.

Not as good as as I hope I’ve own a Innova 3160 for years never had problems which I would have gotten same result if not better with the Innova 7111 wish I had the opportunity to compare it to my xtool D8

Still unable to pair my iPad repairsol2 app to 7111 I can pair it in settings of iPad but app says not to do it that way and it doesn’t work that way anyway.

Buying equipment was fast and easy. Inspection camera has never worked. Trying to get Innova people to do something about it has been impossible. Either fix it or replace it!
