It says you can go right to a fix no problem that will point you right to it that’s not true and if you really wanna know how to work it it’s like reading a mini Bible with the instructions wasn’t what I thought it was gonna be I’ll beware

Emailed customer service asking about return instructions. Got ignored.

I purchased the 5610 with the borescope gift and it came in a timely fashion through Amazon. It was here in a couple of days. I didn't need it any faster. Price was fair also. Will need more time to get used to the scanner and to give a review of its performance.

The shipping time was great. Since I am a senior citizen I have to go back to school to learn how to use it.

It claims to do ABS bleeding and claims to be OBD1 compatible, but won't bleed the ABS system on my 94 Dodge ram 2500. Severely disappointed, won't be recommending Innova to anyone I know.

Came quick, and does everything except flashing ECMs. Works great.

Needed to make a claim. . . Sent email. . . It was 2 days before someone replied. I asked how to make a claim. . No. . . . A few days later someone else emailed me and said to call. . I called I hit 1 for a call back. . Never heard back

Not a good scan tool to be honest and I’ve used a lot of them I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone my harbor freight Maddox mr10 works better for a low end scan tool which I think this compares to

The scanner is top quality, easy to operate, deep scans all the modules and when linked to the free software can lead to fixing DTC's.

My encounter with your online store and customer service was nothing short of magnificent. Great service just as promised from start to delivery and the product is just as good.
