I tried canceling several times the same day. Still delivered then I had to PAY $37 to ship it back!!

Just what I needed

This is the first time that I have used and Innova tech support and was not impressed. All of my other Innova products have been perfect from the day I opened the boxes, this one is still glitchy. Tech supports answer was to send it back to be reflashed. I can reflash it on my end given the APK files and save 2 weeks or more in the mail. The answers that I got were basic Google search answers, not top tier tech support. A bit disappointing on my end.

the device i received that was just opened to use LOOKS USED. . . THE RUBBER PLASTIC PROTECTOR COVER ALONG WITH PLASTIC CASE IS MARRED UP AS IF THE DEVICE WAS DROPPED EITHER REPEATEDLY OR FROM SOME HIGHT. . . I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WANT A REPLACEMENT OF A BRAND NEW DEVICE NOT A USED ONE!

I can’t get it to work.

I purchased several of the Innova test equipment to give to my grandkids for Christmas. They are into fixing their cars and these items should help them out. All the pieces arrived on time and in good condition.

Nice scanner tool easy to use with live information showing.

This is a great product ez to use.

Zero complaints.

I had a question regarding the functionality of the SD35 as advertised. I sent an email, and due to issues with the chat system, I was asked to provide my phone number. An Innova representative called me promptly and answered all of my questions. I also received a follow‑up email from an earlier inquiry with detailed information and excellent customer service. Overall, a great experience.
