I emailed your company about having issues with my 7111 nobody has gotten back in touch with me. .

I emailed support asking for return instructions. I received a response within 1 day that someone would reach out with the steps. The initial response time was great . . . but I haven't heard anything since. It's now been 9 days. I've sent 2 follow-ups with no luck.

I purchased a used 5610 directly from the Innova website. Tool and OBD port cable only. It looks factory new. I’ve used it once to do a throttle body relearn on a 2011 Accord. It worked great. Much better than the “non-scanner” method which takes a few days before the car will idle correctly. My issue is that the order was passed off to their Amazon seller. On Amazon, the seller sells the same item for $10 more, but includes a case and a usb cable. Had I known this seller was the “official” aftermarket guy, I would have purchased from Amazon. I’m happy with the tool, but the purchasing experience from Innova leaves a lot to be desired.

Good machine so far. I don't think I was treated correctly. I purchased your machine and i ordered the scanner with the free bore scope. However I saw the OBD1 kit and wanted to buy that. So I did but the bore scope dropped off. I called in and said I would pay the difference. But we don't change offerings. Well that left a little bad taste in my mouth. I could have sent it back and reordered. But hey I guess I made a mistake. However that is not good customer service especially if the customer says ok I made a mistake I will pay what it should have cost me just send me the bore scope. That is a great way to build a good feeling for your brand.

Ordering went relatively well. However, I was suppose to get the OBD 1 adapter cables included with my initial order online, and ended up getting "locked out" before completing my order although everything was filled out except for the final credit card info. Products are very good. Online ordering system needs work.

I purchased the Innova 5610 after checking the vehicle compatability list which stated that this tools could perform an ABS module bleed on my 2010 Mazda 3 s Sport 2. 5l. It could not and the tool has been returned.

Online ordering was simple, I received my scanner quickly. Was impressed with packaging to protect this device. Was somewhat overwhelmed with set up and downloading an update so I contacted customer service. While waiting for a response I actually was able to perform that update. Customer support was quick to respond. Looking forward to working with this scanner.
