Never recieved so hard to review

This is a nice little extension for my scan tool. The cord ends are really nice as they hold together tightly and aren't loose at all. Nice cord.

Seems to work well. Unfortunately I'm computer illiterate or technology illiterate so it seemed to work well.

We did receive the products but have not been able to test them yet. We will be going on 3 camping trips this summer and fall. They say better to have and not need that to need and not have. Thank you.

How was my experience at Innova? It "sucks!!" Half of the "available functions" do not work (MIA), while the other half work intermittently. Often there are prompts, "This Tool Does Not Support. . . " an available function such as "live data" or "active test. " The tablet overheats. When that happens, the top line of icons for tests are greyed out not allowing access to the diagnostic features. The overheating could be a fire hazard. In conclusion, I made a $700. 00 mistake!! DO NOT BUY!!

I hooked it up once to check out the 5610's features. I believe it is well worth the price and the inspection camera was quite a bonus.

5610 scanner advertised as having ability to read transmission temperature, the 5610 scanner I received will not do that. Several efforts to reach customer service have not been successful.
