Recieved 4 days after ordering, and this was at Christmas rush time!!

I spoke with innova reps twice, answered everything, helped me navigate through the app to order my scanner. Love it, a well advanced system and is more friendly than my big Snap On scanner in a suitcase, special battery, lots of cords etc. Innova is going to give the tool company scanners a big shock.

needed a way to bleed the brakes and this dose what I need

I ordered a tool from Innova. 5 days later still had no status on the order. Then was told Amazon was filling the order. No order#, no tracking # No way to check the status. 10 days after the order date, I was told Innova was sending the first part of the order. The next day, I was told the the rest of the order was shipped by Innova. Both parts were within driving distance from me. It took over 10 days to get the tool.

The customer service was great. Shipping was only a few days and I received everything as discussed.

Not user freindly

its a christmas gift for my husband and he has not used it yet!!! NO more emails that he might see, please. ask after Christmas, please. thanks -jolly hibbits

Excellent

The Innova 5610 is an excellent bi-directional scanner for the DIY, well built and intuitive. I was able to start using it after plugging it in to run service checks on my Toyota Highlander such as the transmission fluid temperature, battery voltage, scan for codes, etc. without having to constantly reference the manual. The phone-based repair app works well with this tool. I'm still playing with all its features. I did research other tools, and while some could do more, I chose Innova's tool because their software is legit and they have U. S. -based support. I question some of the other tools. Sure they may do more, but can you trust their software if the car manufacturers didn't authorize it? At least Innova's software is authorized. Last, Innova's US-based support is a huge benefit if you need help. They always promptly responded to my emails.
