Purchased a refurbished 5610. Functionally fine. Aesthetically like new. But shipped in a cardboard box wrapped in bubble wrap with a single card that had instructions where to get the hard copy of the manual. Now I know this is used, and if I bought it off a guy on eBay this packaging would be totally fine. But from the manufacturer? It should come with the same content as the new scanner I bought from Innova for my son did - including the manual and soft pouch case. It should feel like someone spent the time re-certifying it, inspected by an American worker with a name and packaged with care - not just tossed into a box. And although I appreciate free shipping, it took over a week to arrive. I bought this to use pretty quickly, and wanted to save a few bucks overall. Instead I got a like new looking device tossed into a box without any care that arrived - eventually. I’ve bought certified refurb from other companies many times over, this was the first time I can remember actually feeling like the brand did not care.

I think I will be happy with it have yet to put it to test fast shipping however have yet to receive my borescope that was 6 days ago used code 3380 event when placing order. . . . still waiting

This handheld scanner is excellent for the price point. The only thing missing is a few more graphs and some functions that do not appear to work for older OBD two systems.

Product seems to be great so far. Shipping was fast but minimal tracking was provided, a QR code in an email to link to somewhere else is worthless to those of us without a smart phone. Delivery driver was horrible, threw package on ground behind a paving contractors trailer parked overnight near the highway within 20 ft. of the roadway. It was not my equipment and was at least 300 yards from the house. It was raining at the time of delivery and near dusk. Had I not seen him drop the package it probably would have either laid out in the rain all night or been stolen by a passer-by on the highway. The delivery picture he submitted said it was left in a safe place; it certainly was not. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN DELIVERY.

Only had it a few months. But no issues. Might want to request feedback after a warranty becomes effective. Just saying.

I try to avoid using Amazon whenever possible. So I went to the Innova website to purchase the 5610 scanner thinking that I would be buying it directly through Innova themselves. Had I realized that the product would ultimately be fulfilled by Amazon, I likely would have instead chosen to buy via one of the local brick & mortar stores that carry Innova products. I received the request for this review immediately after registering my scanner. Unfortunately at this point I haven’t had enough time using the 5610 to rate it one way or another, so 3 stars out of 5 seems appropriate. If it works as well as I’m hoping based on my research of the product, I expect that I will ultimately be happy with it. One positive thing that I can say is that I feel good about the fact that Innova’s customer support staff is located here in the States.

Innova was great, its products need no description, its performances speaks for itself. However, there is something greater, and that is called customer service. As we are so use to, it could have just set me to the side, as we see with so many other companies. I had an issue (nothing to do with the quality of the product), and its agents got on the issue and resolved it . . . Immediately ! ! ! It is things like this that keep me coming back (just that its every 5 or so years). I am very very happy.

Only had the 5610 for a few days now, but have used it for temperature checks on coolant and transmission fluid changes on my 2018 Toyota. I am learning how to navigate around the scanner, and I am only a diy'er so it will take a little while to learn everything this scanner can do. Still impressed with what this tool can do.

I don't like this scanner it tries to send you to make an appointment to have your car fixed when I fix my own, then it wants to sell me information to fix my car. then it wants me to buy from amazon. I wouldn't recommend this scanner i read the reviews and now i can see they don't post 1-star reviews

My Innova 5610 is an excellent scan tool. It helped me know the nature of my problem before getting to the shop where I might have thought they were making up charges to cheat me. So I was glad to pay for the repair I knew was required. Innova does a great job telling me what info my scanner offers. I just wish I knew precisely what info about my car it does not supply without my having to buy a more complete costly scanner.

Excellent Product!! My first NEW OBD diagnostic product in years. Very impressed with the level of diagnostic detail available on the machine itself and online. Fairly broad availability of diagnostics for American and Asian auto makes and models.

Great product for the price

Works good so far on the cars that I have, but I lost my internet provider. And I can't hook up the download or to get any other information that I. Lsave. Need I wish it would hook up to my phone
