Horrible
I got a replacement, a new robot vacuum because the iHome robot vacuum I bought before broke. And the new one works perfectly.
I ask for help didn't get it

This was a good customer service experience! But the warehouse didn’t send me the same model and features I was told I would receive!
I really like using my iHome vacuum. The company is easy to contact, the customer service is on top of any issue in a reasonable amount of time and the vacuum has lasted the way I want all my devices to last. I always try to get filters and accessories right from the source. Keep it up!

Horrible experience
Came in bundle kit with roller brush. Brush fit perfect but filters were about two inches too long. Simple fix by cutting excess off. Bundle cost me 1/3 of what I paid for entire vacuum
For the light work of sweeping common areas, it does the job.
Great Customer Service! It was easy to order replacement items via the app that I use to control my vacuum! and I know that they will work with my unit rather than guessing what I need on some other sight.
