After contacting numerous times, and the people telling me the same thing and having me order multiple parts that were not needed for the issue of my first vacuum, it is completely impossible to get a hold of someone consistently and to get the help needed. I was given an iHome Clean vacuum as a gift. It worked great! A felt pad from the bottom of a chair came loose from the chair and got stuck in one of the vacuum’s wheels causing the spring to snap off. I contacted customer service to purchase a new wheel. Although the back and forth emails took longer than I would have liked, the company’s solution was remarkable. They sent a whole new model. It’s actually an upgrade from the one I had. It works incredibly well.

Somewhat fit

The overall product is well designed: separate clean and dirty water tanks, comfortable handle and sufficient water feed. What you're missing is a second roller brush running 1) clockwise and 2) counterclockwise. Take a look at the Karcher FC 7. They started with one brush and then came out with the FC 7, which has two. The rest of their design, comfortable handle, no dirty water tank and water dispensing - sucks!

The description doesn't tell you how many dust bags you are receiving for the price. So we ordered 2 instead of 1 so we would for sure have an extra.
