1-Star Review I adore my Nova Pro (my little gremlin), but the customer service? Absolute chaos. I ordered replacement parts over a month ago, and the system slapped in an old Tennessee address like it was stuck in 2018. I emailed customer support before it shipped—and heard nothing. Silence. Crickets. Tumbleweeds. The package gets sent to Tennessee while I’m in Atlanta living my best life. When I finally reach someone—pretty sure it was “Claire,” the customer service chatbot in a bad wig—I’m told I need to call USPS and magically redirect it. USPS basically said, “Yeah… no. ” I told iHome that, and their solution? “Wait for the package to come back. ” So I’m just supposed to sit here like a Disney princess waiting for my lost package to return from its journey of self-discovery? I’ve paid for my merchandise. I’ve done everything asked of me. And still—nothing. If I don’t get my replacement parts soon, I’m disputing the charge, reordering, and leaving reviews everywhere I can until someone at iHome decides customers actually matter. Customer service is amazing.

I received the item just fine, however even though the vacuum kept telling that I needed a new main brush when I installed it, it still does not work same error message and I cannot get a hold of the company

Returns are difficult

iHome works great in my house. Amazed at how much dirt, dust and cat hair it picks up. Highly recommended!!

After contacting numerous times, and the people telling me the same thing and having me order multiple parts that were not needed for the issue of my first vacuum, it is completely impossible to get a hold of someone consistently and to get the help needed. Horrible experience. Would never purchase anything from this company again.
