Customer service is amazing.

I received the item just fine, however even though the vacuum kept telling that I needed a new main brush when I installed it, it still does not work same error message and I cannot get a hold of the company

Returns are difficult

iHome works great in my house. Amazed at how much dirt, dust and cat hair it picks up. Highly recommended!!

After contacting numerous times, and the people telling me the same thing and having me order multiple parts that were not needed for the issue of my first vacuum, it is completely impossible to get a hold of someone consistently and to get the help needed. Horrible experience. Would never purchase anything from this company again.

I was given an iHome Clean vacuum as a gift. It worked great! A felt pad from the bottom of a chair came loose from the chair and got stuck in one of the vacuum’s wheels causing the spring to snap off. I contacted customer service to purchase a new wheel. Although the back and forth emails took longer than I would have liked, the company’s solution was remarkable. They sent a whole new model. It’s actually an upgrade from the one I had. It works incredibly well.
