I interacted with a CSR this week to get explanation about an increase in my rental monthly amount. The CSR was very respectful, kind and knowledgeable, and explained it to me to my entire satisfaction.

The absolute worst scam I’ve ever had in my life . Was scammed by a door salesmen 7 years ago and just finished paying thousands for a system I used for 1 year then moved . I was lied to by this little greasy salesman. When asked what it would cost to remove the system if I did not want it or sold the home he said it would be free the whole thing was supposed to be “free “ just had to pay for the new filters … nope 7 years later and bout $7000 later I’m finally done paying for this stupid thing .

Customer service was very friendly and booked a little far out however I did call back when it became more urgent and they bumped up appointment. . . only down fall was they did not attach to cabinet wall as requested so hopefully this problem is not repeated

I have been a Home Water customer for over 10 years without any issue. Recently I noticed a billing error and called them. A friendly customer rep named Sheldon answered my call and rectified the error right away. Very pleased with the service.

I have a full home filtration system and WOW does it work beautifully. I have well water which isn’t always nice to turn the tap on to. Honestly my water is brown without this system. We had the tanks installed,… very neat and perfect by the way, and let me tell you it’s been crystal clear water since. Our hard water showers are now, I don’t want to get out of the shower showers. We don’t even need to buy bottled water anymore because of how clean the water is now. This is a must have for any home especially when you have kids. Hello i have been a Home water customer for 5 yr and have no complaints at all every time i call i get answered right away i get my request fulfilled. I called and requested a system be removed to a new home that was located outside of there service area and they did it awesome customer service right there, willing to drive an hour past there service area just to keep me as customer. Have to respect that and appreciate it highly recommend this company.

I have used the home water system now for 4 yrs. It has never failed me my water is very clear and has no chemical odors at all. I have had a skin issue clear up also. the system was first installed in my first house and was used for 3 yr. I moved to a new community that was located well outside of there service area and they still drove up and installed a new unit amazing service also before i moved they removed the system for me and put my plumbing back to original at no charge to me installation was free also. Every time i call in they answer and fix my issue always never a mistake witch is totally refreshing. All in all i would recommend there product as they stand behind it.
