This has been the best thing for our Toronto water. The evidence at the end of every filter cycle is obvious with the discoloration. So glad we said yes to this!
We had a water leakage from the whole home unit and we reached out to the customer service. The response was prompt and the technician provided a quick support.
1. From May 01, 2025 we have leak on the main canister of the filtration system. 2. We sent pictures, videos and plumber's statement. 3. Plumber's statement asked for replacing the canister, because is not fixable. We paid him $100. - 4. This company does not have cervices in our city. This company just want to collect the money. That is what they are asking every day. 5. This company never came to replace the canister. 6. We are with "Home Water" and before with "Greenlifewater" over 10 (Ten) Years. We never had any problem before. 7. If they want business, they have to replace the canister. 8. We stopped the payments at bank, which cost us some money, because the water filtration system is not working.

Haven’t received my order
Called customer service to sort out a payment question i noticed on my bill. Issue was sorted out and was able to gain a much better deal to save money in the long run through the 0 rental fees and just pay the maintenance fee every 6 month.
Have had no concerns with the product or the installation. The installer was a great technician. Even offered some free advice on correcting a plumbing issue that was incorrect. Took the time to explain the installation and how to correct an error in the existing plumbing!
Easy. Product fits in our sink. Easy to install.
Last week, I called Home Water to discuss my bill, and I received an offer that I could not rezist. Very happy with the way they treat old customers.
