Been with Homewater for many years. In the past we always received the filters on regular bases. Dealing with the Homewater team was great they were always patience and kind. TY

Haven’t received my order

Called customer service to sort out a payment question i noticed on my bill. Issue was sorted out and was able to gain a much better deal to save money in the long run through the 0 rental fees and just pay the maintenance fee every 6 month.

Have had no concerns with the product or the installation. The installer was a great technician. Even offered some free advice on correcting a plumbing issue that was incorrect. Took the time to explain the installation and how to correct an error in the existing plumbing!

Easy. Product fits in our sink. Easy to install.

Last week, I called Home Water to discuss my bill, and I received an offer that I could not rezist. Very happy with the way they treat old customers.

Just had a problem with my payment and spoke to Sheldon on the phone. His demeanor was professional, efficient, and friendly. The problem, which was on my end, was solved in minutes

Beware of this fraud company, contract was over still kept on charging the amount. Now, they are not refunding my money. I called a month in advance o cancel, now they are saying I should have called on the date of contract over. Is a joke or what?
