The Home Water company sent me wrong size filter. As soon as I contacted customer service the issue was resolved in a matter of minutes. Customer service representative was very nice and informative. We have to sell our home and renting a apt. I phoned Home Water to let them know. After talking to them about our situation they said we don't have to buy it which what have been $600. 00. We explained to them that the sale of our home an can not include the Home Water Filtration System and we can not use it the apartment. They agreed to just charge us $135. 00 for removal and relaized that we have been a long time customer of theirs and waved the $600. 00. I would like to recommend them for anybody looking for a Home Water Filtration System.
