I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Home Water. It’s been over a year, and technicians have come to my home 6–8 times, yet the problems have never been properly fixed. The water softener continues to overflow because it was installed incorrectly. The installer even drilled new holes for the pipes instead of using the existing ones, which was completely unnecessary. We paid for the system in full, expecting a reliable product and professional service. Instead, we’ve dealt with constant issues and endless service calls. Our previous water system worked far better than this one ever has. The reverse osmosis system only worked properly for about two months before it also needed repairs. They replaced parts that never should have needed replacing, while our old system had been much more reliable. My family and I have completely lost patience. We spent a significant amount of money, but the product and service have been unacceptable. We even noticed changes to our hair after using this system, and it has been very concerning. After more than a year of unresolved problems, I cannot recommend Home Water. In my experience, they took our money but failed to deliver the quality installation, product, and customer service that was promised.

I used to boil water everything I want to drink but with this filter I can just drink without boiling
