DONT BUY HOME WATER THEY BARLEY SPEAK ENGLISH AND THEY PROMISED ME A 25$ AMAZON CARD I NEVER GOT ONE EVEN AFTER 1 YEAR . PLEASE DONT USE HOME WATER THEY SUUCK YHEY KEEP TRYING TO STEAL MY MONEY EVEN THO I STOPED USING IT.
I called customer service about a billing issue and they were able to help me and clear up the issue.
I have had the system for the last 5 years and have found it easy to change the filters and enjoy the water's taste. It is convenient to have the small unit under the sink to save on buying cases of bottled water.
