I was a bit freaked out by spending this much on a pan...but I also was tired of buying both cheap and expensive non-stick pans and then throwing them out. So... they are very clear with these pans that they are "NOT" non-stick, but when used with oil, they work amazingly well in that category. Overall I've been happy with them, I like the flush mount rivets for the interior and they seem like "forever" pans. We like them a bit better than our all-clad for both the rivet and the sticking issues. For me personally, I might by that chef pan version in the future - I'd like slightly higher sides for more sauced cooking. Follow the instructions - use the cleaner they sent whenever you get any staining and it should work really well. My husband says they clean really easily (nice division of labor - ha!).

This cookware is just incredible. We’ve only had the set a short time but everything we have cooked in it turned out fantastic. We are looking at adding some of the specialty pieces like a WOK soon. Just love this stuff.

I absolutely love this Hestan small roasting pan. I have used it for smaller roasts and chicken and I can't wait to use it for my Easter leg of lamb. I love the stainless steel rack and how snug it fits in the roaster. My old roasting pan rack slides all over the place and makes it very unstable/unsafe for a potential slip. I can make pan sauces or gravies right on the stove top and it's easy to clean...highly recommend!!

Love it. The quality of these pans is superior. I have cooked fish to eggs and have not had any issues.

After a full kitchen remodel with all new appliances including a new induction cooktop, we realized that none of our old cookware was compatible. Great product!! I’ve only seen one other company that manufactures universal lids like this, and they were way more expensive. Very happy with my purchase. Would recommend it to everyone.

I came across these while checking out the line, had no idea they even existed. I bought both. They have been just perfect, great design and a great idea. None of my skillets have a lid so these are very useful. It doesn’t rattle and takes up very little space, it is slightly domed which I find allows condensation from the underside to run back into the pan. By flipping them upside down I can nestle them easily for storage when not in use.

I use this pan for everything. I only wish they made a smaller version for 1-2 people.

This is my second piece of Hestan cookware. I love universal lids and find them to be very handy and easy to use. This design is great and I love the tiny vent holes in the shape of the Hestan logo.

Whoever has problems with food sticking, it’s not the work, it’s user error. This thing is amazing! Heats evenly and efficiently, and cleanup was a breeze. I’ll definitely be using this on a regular basis.

The surface of the NanoBond cookware is non-porous, making the food glide off beautifully. The titanium-bonded stainless steel does not have any toxins and is a safe non-toxic option while being virtually non-stick - the best of both worlds! The handles have an ergonomic ridge fit for my fingers, which makes handling the pieces easy. Cooking with this set has made a chore become fun and elevated the activity. I cleaned the pieces with a sponge and dish soap in my sink and the remaining food slid off very easily and did not leave behind stains. This is truly worth the cost as you will be using it for many years.

I researched a new set of pots for months. I finally found the Hestan Nanobond, and carefully researched this choice. No words can express how fabulous these pots are. They cook thoroughly and quickly. To keep your pots looking brand new, one drop of the Hestan cleaner after each use does the trick. A decision I don’t regret. Worth the price.

I was really excited and wanted to like this wok. I have tried several different dishes before writing this review. Some dishes cooked perfectly fine (vegetables, soup, steaming dishes), while some dishes did not do well with this wok and sticked, such as fried rice, stir-fried pork or chicken.

Last month I bought Hestan 10-Piece Titanium NanoBond Set. It is absolutely outstanding cookware. The look, the craft, the design, the heating time, the weight, the cleaning, and most important, the cocking performance (on a gas range), all those parameters are beyond and above expectations. Before choosing NanoBond I did a lot of research and can recommend this cookware to everyone who wants to enjoy the cooking. I love this spectacular cookware. I’m looking forward to get some other items from the Titanium NanoBond line.
