Great for small pans which do not have a lid. I had to buy more as I cook for 1 and use small pans all the time.

We bought these pans for our new induction range and love them: not too heavy, but still very solid. We had a problem with one pan, and they sent us a replacement right away.

It has a nice weight and can be used on multiple size pots. It also cleans well in the dishwasher

We have really enjoyed cooking on the pans. They heat evenly, do not stick as much as traditional stainless, and clean up extremely well (especially with their cleaner). Unfortunately we have an issue with one of our pans rivets. After contacting support and confirming it is covered under warranty, they have become unresponsive, only to message me after over 2 weeks saying my emails were lost, they are low on stock, and would respond by the next day. 2 more follow up emails to them and I've heard nothing. Great pans, terrible customer service for this price point.

Efficient even heating. No need to use a setting past medium heat. Simmering is the best I’ve had in any cookware.

Like any relationship, it's the beauty that caught my attention but it's the personality that kept me coming back. I work in a high end cooking store and the first time I saw the Hestan pans, I thought they should be in an art museum due to their graceful lines and stunning gunmetal sheen. They are gorgeous! But was there more to these pans? I bought the 8" fry and ran it through its paces: searing, frying, melting sugar, braising, throwing it in the oven. It preformed better than any other fry pan I've ever used. Clean up was 5 minutes in the sink with water and dish soap and everything, and I mean everything, including burnt on food that I forgot, slid out of the pan and it was clean in no time. I bit the bullet (price wise) and bought the 10 piece. No regrets. I'm using metal utensils and not a scratch. I've put it in the dishwasher and it comes out perfect. I love the balance, the rolled edges, and the flush rivets. This is new technology and it is amazing to cook with in the kitchen. No hot spots, very responsive. Can't wait to try it on the Weber grill this summer. The pans can develop a cloudiness and/or a heat tint but shines right up when you use their polish. Still looks like new after 2 months of using! But better yet, cooks like a dream!

I was a bit freaked out by spending this much on a pan...but I also was tired of buying both cheap and expensive non-stick pans and then throwing them out. So... they are very clear with these pans that they are "NOT" non-stick, but when used with oil, they work amazingly well in that category. Overall I've been happy with them, I like the flush mount rivets for the interior and they seem like "forever" pans. We like them a bit better than our all-clad for both the rivet and the sticking issues. For me personally, I might by that chef pan version in the future - I'd like slightly higher sides for more sauced cooking. Follow the instructions - use the cleaner they sent whenever you get any staining and it should work really well. My husband says they clean really easily (nice division of labor - ha!).

This cookware is just incredible. We’ve only had the set a short time but everything we have cooked in it turned out fantastic. We are looking at adding some of the specialty pieces like a WOK soon. Just love this stuff.

I can't wait to add onto my collection, In the meantime, the Hestan NanoBond Titanium Wok sits on my stovetop like the showpiece it is.

I absolutely love this Hestan small roasting pan. I have used it for smaller roasts and chicken and I can't wait to use it for my Easter leg of lamb. I love the stainless steel rack and how snug it fits in the roaster. My old roasting pan rack slides all over the place and makes it very unstable/unsafe for a potential slip. I can make pan sauces or gravies right on the stove top and it's easy to clean...highly recommend!!

Love it. The quality of these pans is superior. I have cooked fish to eggs and have not had any issues.

After a full kitchen remodel with all new appliances including a new induction cooktop, we realized that none of our old cookware was compatible. Then we spent weeks looking at all the cookware options over and over until finally we picked up a Hestan ProBond pan. Perfect weight, not too heavy or too light, beautiful design and finish, and the HANDLE is beyond compare. My reaction was immediate… no other handle comes close to this level of feel or control. And the cookware is BEAUTIFUL! When we show off our new kitchen it’s the Hestan cookware that takes center stage. It also heats evenly and cooks perfectly. We got the 10 piece ProBond set and added a couple of Titum non-stick pieces. We love it!

Great product!! I’ve only seen one other company that manufactures universal lids like this, and they were way more expensive. Very happy with my purchase. Would recommend it to everyone.

I came across these while checking out the line, had no idea they even existed. I bought both. They have been just perfect, great design and a great idea. None of my skillets have a lid so these are very useful. It doesn’t rattle and takes up very little space, it is slightly domed which I find allows condensation from the underside to run back into the pan. By flipping them upside down I can nestle them easily for storage when not in use.

I use this pan for everything. I only wish they made a smaller version for 1-2 people.

This is my second piece of Hestan cookware. I love universal lids and find them to be very handy and easy to use. This design is great and I love the tiny vent holes in the shape of the Hestan logo.
