This is a fantastic set. This "nano-bond" aspect lives up to its hype! After having used it for about 6 months, I find that it resists wear and tear much better than good stainless steel units. For example, on the bottom of my stainless steel pans scratches appeared quickly due to movement on the cast-iron stove grates. Not so on Heston's nano-bond set! Also, after using Heston's special cleaner the finish (inside and out) returns to a brand new appearance. The set is also easier to clean than stainless steel only sets. Also, one can use Pam Cooking Spray with the nano-bond set with great performance (yeah, I know, Pam Cooking Spray "may" not be the healthiest option available) and there is apparently no degradation to the surface of the pots and pans (I have heard the same is not true of Pam with regular stainless steel sets or so-called stick-free cookware). The nano-bond cookware is a bit expensive but it is certainly worth it!

I added these two non-stick pans to my set and was quite surprised at the outcome. While all Hestan pans are the best for even heat distribution and good at searing meat, fish and poultry, these non-stick were amazing with butter less fry’s.

This cookware is the best hands down! Takes bit to get used to it as it conducts heat so well, but I have had anything that cleans up so well. It was expensive but worth it, you get what you pay for!

Performs well on a top of stove. Flushed rivets are the best. No food get under them.

I use the skillet almost daily on an induction cooktop; sauté, frying, pasta sauce, etc. It never sticks, clearly is induction-ready (no humming) and performs superbly.

Love this little pan! Easy to clean up, works great and superior quality. I haven't had anything stick to it since I follow the directions of heating the pan then heating the oil - awesome!

Without question the best pan I have ever used. The surface distributes heat evenly, putting a lovely brown char on steaks and chops. Deglazing is instantaneous and cleaning is a breeze. To top it off the pan is beautiful. I love Hestan TITUM!

If you want a high quality stainless pan, you can't go wrong with this one. It heats evenly, cleans up easily for a stainless pan thanks to it's titanium coating, and is a joy to use. When we have the disposable income for a few more pots and pans (which may be a bit given the price of these reflects the quality -- high), you can bet they'll be Hestan nanobonds

I bought this pan because it had two small handles and would fit on my 18” kamado grill. I like it so much that I basically use it for cooking everything. Its very well made and cleans up like new every time. Its my absolute favorite cooking companion.
