Perfect little pan! It’s so beautiful and cooks up food quite nicely!
The pan is working very well on our induction stove. The quality of the product can’t be missed we hope to have it for a long time.
Beautiful to look at and cook in! I think that I will be stored in plain sight
Hestan is the best set of cookware I have ever bought. Love it and enjoy it so much. It's state of the art cookware. Cooks phenomenal, easy to clean, and the best feature the handles stay cool. Bravo to Hestan.
I have bought 2 of the Hestan non stick skillets and am very impressed with the quality and durability!
Very nice piece of cookware, solid, easy clean-up.
For everyone who likes sparkling pots/pans/skillets this is the cleaner for you. I've tried so many cleaners to keep my stainless steel like new and this product is the only one that really works. Love seeing my draw with clean shiny pots, pans and skillets
Hestan has knocked it out of the park with this roaster, I can NOT wait to ditch my old one! First of all it's a stunning piece (not unlike the rest of their cookware line) so it makes a beautiful serving vessel straight from oven or stove top right to the table. We recently moved and I didn't have all of my cookware unpacked yet but I had this roaster. I made a lasagne in it for the family and it was perfect! It's a great size and can be used for so much more than Thanksgiving turkey or holiday roasts. It cleaned up beautifully, LOVE IT!
Works perfect, no scrubbing needed and my pan is as new as the day I bought it!
Whether we are baking lasagna, enjoying a big batch of enchiladas or roasting meats, this Classic Roaster is not only versatile but beautiful. The included rack makes roasting meats easy and basting a breeze. The flush rivets make baked on pastas and casserole meals easy to clean up. Roasting and baking is always even and precise.
I came to Hestan initially because I was wanting to replace a small skillet that had not held up as well as I would have liked. I was looking for a quality replacement and did a lot of research comparing various ones and that’s when I came across Hestan, I am familiar with All-Clad and others. I was intrigued by the nanobond line and the strength of the finish, where and how it was made, the temperature conductivity, and the oven temperature limit really drew me in. I went to see the line at a local store and loved how it felt in my hand and the look of it didn’t hurt, I ended up purchasing the 8 1/2 pan direct from Hestan. I have used it extensively over the last year and a bit and been very pleased, for me the cost was worth it. When I first got the skillet I tried cooking all the things people said that had issues cooking but found that was not the case for me. Sure food sticks from time to time but the pan is definitely less sticky than others if that makes sense. I think those folks were expecting a non stick frying pan, if that’s what they wanted then they should have ordered one. Warming up the pan, adding butter or oil and doing a light soak with hot water to clean if needed was all I needed to do. After near daily use over a year I have 1 light scratch 3/16 of an inch long in the pan and some on the bottom from my stove element which is really rough. Big difference in comparison with my all-clad copper core 12” skillet and le creuset saucier over a similar time frame. I have pictures below of the inside and bottom of both the nanobond skillet and the saucier after 1 yr of use. I have purchased the nanobond Dutch oven as well and I am looking forward to receiving it.
Having bought a new induction range, we needed a new large capacity roaster that would allow us to finish sauces/gravies on the stovetop. The large Hestan Provisions roaster fit the bill. It is a sturdy, well-built and well-designed piece that is also easy to clean. We especially like the way the roaster rack handles are placed on the long sides, rather than next to the pan's own handles on the short ends. I expect our kids will be fighting over this pan in the future...
Already had other Hestan cookware and loved the quality, and needed an induction-capable roaster so we can finish gravies/sauces on our new induction range. The Hestan is solid, well-built and well-designed - especially the rack handles that are perpendicular to the pan's handles. Easy to clean and with the large capacity we wanted. Other roasters we looked at were either flimsier, not as well-built/designed or made in China. Well worth the investment, even if you don't have induction. Our kids will probably fight over who gets this in the future...
As a cancer patient and one that is focused on longevity, I'm always looking for products and services that may increase my quality of life and health. Cooking with my Hestan saute pan brings joy to my cooking because of it's high quality construction and heat distribution.
I bought the 11-inch skillet for my dad for Christmas and I loved it so much I had to get one for myself. I feel like a chef when I grasp the handle of this amazingly engineered skillet no matter what I'm cooking. It's so versatile and adds much more flavor to my meals!
Bought the 11" skillet. It cooks pretty nicely. There's some uneven heating, but not too bad. You can get a decent fond without the food sticking quite as much as with regular stainless. I like the durability and heat tolerance, too. The handle is horrible. It's half the thickness is should be, with almost no contour on the underside, so it really doesn't fit your hand very well at all. The high polish looks nice, but doesn't provide a lot of friction, which combined with the thin, flat profile makes it difficult to control the pan and it always feels like it's about to tilt. I was going to get a sauté pan, since the pan itself cooks well, but between the handle and Hestan customer service not responding to multiple emails, I'll look elsewhere.
I got one of these pans (the 12.5”) as a gift a couple of years ago and we love it so much that we decided to start switching all of our pans to hestans. They heat evenly, nothing sticks, they wash up wonderfully, AND it’s a huge plus that they are oven and dishwasher safe.
Absolutely outstanding quality. I had Nano bond Skillet for quite some time and was happy how did deliver the finished product. On additional note, last week I was sautéing salmon on it and thought let me place it in the oven to have a crusty finish. Well too bad , I forgot it and of course the food got burned , the look of nano bond skillet was “ ugly” I thought well time to throw it way but let me wash it first. I was blown way, so fantastic, the skillet came brand new look….. thank you to the brand for making this quality kitchen ware…. I am buying more pieces now knowing all the testing facts of the NanoBond Titanium.
I added on the 12.5" NanoBond skillet to the 10 piece set as it rounds out the utility of the cookware. I use this large skillet to give more room when I'm cooking multiple food elements in one place.
Beautiful looking essential 5 qt pan and perfect for my new induction cooktop!
