If I could give this roaster more than Five Stars, I would! Heavy duty, functional, with all thoughtful design details! The extra large handles! The stainless steel rack which is sooooo secure! My favorite part is the even cooking and the easy cleanup! I have used this for macaroni and cheese (not as beautiful as the images from this website, but very tasty), and a breakfast casserole. Gorgeous oven-to-table presentation and then I stuck in the the fridge to store leftovers! I can't wait to roast my holiday meals!

I am so excited about my new pan. The finish is superb inside and out and it's so gorgeous it could be used as a serving tray. Perfect for sweet or savory foods. I plan to expand my collection to include all of the pieces.

I liked the 8.5" Hestan NanoBond Titanium Skillet, you can feel the high quality of this pan by just grabbing it, it's like a piece of jewelry.. The cooking surface is so silky and smooth, like a non-stick feeling, but it hasn't actually any non-stick coating. I really loved it.!

I normally do not use non stick, it simply does not give me the browning and tasty fond. I was impressed with how this skillet performs. Oh, by the way my gyoza did not stick. The reason I purchased the pan.

Best omelette pan ever. From the moment you receive the package you know that the company is attention to detail as well packaged. Just lifting the pan you know it is of excellent craftsmanship as feels substantial in your hands. It cooks like a dream and so easy to clean. Highly recommend.

Love this pan. It cleans up beautifully. Only complaint is it can get a bit hot on the handle like a professional pan so you really need to remember to grab it with a hot pad or towel.

This is by far the best ovenware I've used! It doesn't warp in the oven and roasts veggies and proteins perfectly. It's also perfect for sweet treats and bakes cookies evenly. The beautiful brushed and polished details make it so pretty for serving too!

I used my new skillet for the first time to sear steak. I was very impressed with quick, even cooking throughout the pan. I normally use cast iron for searing steak. Not anymore!

Love Hestan pots We remodeled our kitchen and switched to an induction cook top- hence needed new pots- tried three different lines an Hestan wins!! I am an accomplished cook, so pots are important!!

This pan is unbelievably easy on cleaning. I have cooked eggs and sautéed fish and food doesn’t stick like other pans. It’s an expensive pan and I could only afford the 9”.

I am really enjoying these skillets, I have the 8" and the 11". It sears beautifully, a nice even heat and I am able to finish things in the oven. I have had great success with steak and it even cooks delicate soft scrambled eggs with out sticking. My only failure was with salmon. I think once the pan heats up to where you want it lower the heat a tad once you put your protein in. The pans cleans beautifully and the Hestan cleaner is magic.

Cleaning can be a bit of a chore but I will never get over the way they look like brand new. Truth be known my wife and I actually like cleaning them because we often argue over who is going to clean the pans they are just beautiful after very close to a year without actually checking that is close I’m sure. We use them almost every night and there is not a scratch on them very incredible and super tough. Hestan has been true to there word so far because when I hear lifetime warranty I am very skeptical. Awsome product.
